Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure both the earphones and the charging case are fully charged.

Place both F40 earphones into their respective slots in the charging case.
Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a suitable USB power source.
The indicator lights on the earphones and case will show charging status. Earphones typically charge in about 1 hour, and the charging case also takes about 1 hour to fully charge.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

The F40 earphones feature automatic pairing once removed from the case.

Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
Remove both earphones from the charging case. Both the left and right earphones are main earphones and will connect to each other automatically. No duplicate pairing is required.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
Select "TWS" from the list of available devices to connect.
Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earphone indicator lights may change.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The F40 earphones feature intelligent touch controls for easy management of music and calls.

Earphones not pairing with device:
- Ensure both earphones are fully charged.
- Place earphones back in the case, close the lid, then open it and remove them again to re-initiate pairing mode.
- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- Forget "TWS" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
- Ensure your device is within the 10-meter wireless range.
Only one earphone working:
- Ensure both earphones are charged.
- Place both earphones back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. They should automatically connect to each other.
- If the issue persists, try resetting the earphones (refer to manufacturer's specific reset instructions if available, otherwise, try forgetting the device and re-pairing).
Poor sound quality or low volume:
- Check the volume levels on both your device and the earphones.

Earphones not charging:
