7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  1. Car Radio Does Not Turn On

    • Check the car radio's voltage: It requires 12V.
    • When testing, combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply. Connect the black line to the negative power supply.
    • Replace the fuse with the same type to test the car radio.
    • Note: Always use the provided power cables. Do not insert the original car plug directly into the unit.
  2. "No Signal" Displayed When Reversing

    • Ensure the camera's line is properly connected to the car radio.
    • Note: The video port of the rear camera must be inserted into the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.
  3. "!" or "Can't watch video while driving" Message with USB Video

    • Turn off the "Video Warning" function in the settings.
  4. Cannot Search FM Stations

    • Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted.
    • Check if the radio antenna is securely plugged in. Try inserting it several times to ensure good contact.
    • The signal in your location might be weak. Try testing in an area with better radio reception.
    • If the car's radio antenna is broken or ineffective, replace it and test again.
  5. Cannot Connect Bluetooth

    • On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for devices, and select the car radio's Bluetooth model.
    • If a pairing code is required, try "0000", "1234", or "123456".
    • Try connecting with a different mobile phone to rule out phone-specific issues.
    • If all methods fail, unplug the power plug from the back of the player, wait 3 minutes, and then plug it back in to reset the Bluetooth module.

8. User Tips

  • For optimal GPS performance, ensure the GPS antenna has a clear view of the sky.
  • Regularly clear cache and unnecessary apps to maintain system speed and responsiveness.
  • When using Mirror Link, ensure your phone's screen is unlocked and the appropriate app is running for a stable connection.
