4. Setup Guide
4.1 Unfolding the Drone
- Gently unfold the drone arms until they lock into place.
- Ensure all four arms are fully extended and stable before flight.

4.2 Battery Installation and Charging
- Drone Battery: Insert the 3.7V 1800mAh modular battery into the drone's battery compartment until it clicks securely.
- Charging: Connect the USB charging cable to the drone battery and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, USB adapter). The charging time is approximately 60 minutes.
- Controller Battery: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller and insert 3 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
4.3 Propeller and Protective Frame Installation
- If not pre-installed, attach the protective frames to the drone's motor arms.
- Ensure propellers are securely attached. If replacement is needed, use the provided screwdriver and spare blades, matching the blade type (A or B) to the corresponding motor.
4.4 App Download and Connection
- Download the dedicated mobile app for the T6 drone (refer to the packaging or a QR code on the drone for the app name).
- Power on the drone.
- On your mobile device, connect to the drone's Wi-Fi network. The network name typically starts with 'WiFi_FPV_' or similar.
- Open the app to establish a connection and view the FPV feed.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the top of the drone until the indicator lights illuminate.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

5.2 Remote Control Guide
Familiarize yourself with the remote controller layout:

5.3 Basic Flight Functions
- One-Click Takeoff/Landing: Press the designated button on the remote or in the app for automatic takeoff or landing.
- Fixed Altitude Hovering: The drone maintains a stable altitude, making it easy for beginners to control.
- Headless Mode: Eliminates the need to identify the drone's head position, making control simpler.
- Speed Adjustment: Use the speed switch button on the remote to cycle through three different flight speeds (First gear, Second speed, Third speed).
5.4 Advanced Features
- Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance: The drone uses three-way radar to perceive infrared radiation, effectively avoiding collisions.
- Optical Flow Localization: Utilizes a bottom lens for visual calibration, providing stable and easy hovering.
- 360° Stunt Rollover: Perform aerial stunts with a single button press on the remote control.
- Trajectory Flight: Draw a desired flight path on the mobile app, and the drone will automatically follow it.
- Gesture Photography/Video: During flight, aim at the camera and perform specific gestures to take photos or record videos.
- Real-time FPV Transmission: View high-definition images and videos directly on your connected mobile device without delay.
- Beauty Shooting & Filters: Enhance your aerial photos and videos with built-in beauty shooting and filter effects directly through the app.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone body and lenses. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Propeller Care: Regularly check propellers for damage (cracks, bends). Replace any damaged propellers immediately using the provided spare blades and screwdriver.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not leave batteries fully discharged for extended periods. Charge the battery fully before each flight.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in the provided storage bag to protect it from dust and damage.
7. Troubleshooting
- Drone not responding: Ensure both the drone and remote controller are fully charged and powered on. Re-pair the remote controller with the drone if necessary (refer to the quick start guide for pairing instructions).
- Poor image transmission/FPV: Ensure your mobile device is connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network. Move closer to the drone to improve signal strength. Avoid areas with strong Wi-Fi interference.
- Drone drifts during flight: Perform a calibration of the drone's gyroscope and accelerometer through the mobile app or remote control (refer to the quick start guide for calibration steps).
- Drone not taking off: Check that propellers are correctly installed and free from obstructions. Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted.
- Obstacle avoidance not working: Ensure the obstacle avoidance sensors are clean and unobstructed. Fly in well-lit conditions as infrared sensors may be less effective in very dark environments.
8. User Tips
- Motor Maintenance: If you experience issues with motor performance, check for any debris or hair tangled around the motor shafts. If a motor needs replacement, contact customer support for guidance on obtaining the correct 'engine piece' for the T6 model.
- Beginner-Friendly: The T6 drone is designed to be easy for beginners to get started, thanks to features like one-click takeoff/landing, headless mode, and fixed altitude hovering. Start with slower speeds and open areas.
- Modular Battery Advantage: The modular battery design allows for easy installation and removal, making battery swaps quick and convenient for extended flight sessions.
- Durability: The drone features an ABS high-toughness casing, providing strong drop resistance. However, always strive for gentle landings and avoid unnecessary crashes to prolong its lifespan.
