1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the IINE Golden-Green Neptune Joypad. This high-performance wireless controller is designed to enhance your gaming experience on Nintendo Switch and Switch OLED consoles. It features advanced mechanical buttons, ALPS analog sticks, customizable macro functions, vibrant RGB lighting, and precise motion sensing capabilities. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and optimal performance.

2. Setup and Connection

2.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure the joypads are fully charged. Connect the provided 1.5m USB-C cable to the joypads and a power source. The charging indicator lights will show the charging status.

2.2 Connecting to Nintendo Switch / Switch OLED

Handheld Mode:

  1. Slide the Left and Right Joypads onto the sides of your Nintendo Switch/Switch OLED console until they click into place.
  2. The console will automatically detect the joypads.

Bluetooth Wireless Connection:

  1. From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, select 'Controllers' > 'Change Grip/Order'.
  2. On the joypads, press and hold the SYNC Button for a few seconds until the player indicator lights begin to flash.
  3. Once paired, the player indicator lights will stop flashing and remain lit.

The joypads also support a 'Wake Up' function, allowing you to wake the console from sleep mode by pressing a button on the joypad.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Mechanical Buttons and ALPS Analog Sticks

The joypads feature responsive mechanical gaming buttons (A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR) and high-precision ALPS analog sticks for accurate control. Only the A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR action buttons are mechanical.

3.2 Macro Programmable Buttons (MR/ML)

The joypads include specialized Macro Custom Setting Buttons (MR/ML) on the back, allowing you to customize button mappings for complex actions.

  • Setting a Macro: Hold down the 'M' button and then press any action button you wish to map.
  • Cleaning a Macro: Click the 'M' button again to cancel the current macro setting.
  • Using ML/MR Buttons: Click the 'ML' or 'MR' button to execute your custom macro settings.

3.3 RGB Lighting

Customize your gaming atmosphere with the colorful light-ring feature. You can adjust the color, brightness, and mode of the RGB lighting.

  • Change Color: Press 'Turbo button' + 'L3/R3' to cycle through light colors.
  • Adjust Brightness: Hold 'Turbo button' + 'L3/R3' for 3 seconds to adjust brightness (20%/50%/75%/100%).
  • Change Mode: Press 'Turbo button' + 'L3/R3' twice (x2) to change the light mode (Monochromatic, Breathing, Colorful).

3.4 Motion Sensor & 6-Axis Gyro

The built-in six-axis gyroscope chip provides a delicate somatosensory gaming experience, allowing for quick and accurate target locking in games that support motion controls (e.g., NS Sport, Mario Party, Just Dance, Mario Kart).
