3. Setup and Connection
The Womier SK71 Pro supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.0.

3.1. Wired Mode
- Ensure the keyboard's mode switch (located on the back/side) is in the "ON" position.
- Press the FN + T key combination on the keyboard.
- Connect the keyboard to your computer using the provided USB Type-C cable. The keyboard will automatically enter wired mode.
3.2. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode
- Ensure the keyboard's mode switch is in the "ON" position.
- Long press the FN + R key. The 'R' key's backlight will flash quickly, indicating pairing mode.
- Insert the 2.4GHz receiver into a USB port on your computer.
- Once successfully paired, the 'R' key's backlight will restore to its normal state.
- If the device has been previously paired, briefly press FN + R and plug in the 2.4G receiver to reconnect.
3.3. Bluetooth Mode
- Ensure the keyboard's mode switch is in the "ON" position.
- Long press the FN + Q, FN + W, or FN + E key combination to select a Bluetooth channel. The corresponding key (Q, W, or E) will blink quickly, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, tablet, etc.), search for Bluetooth devices and select "Womier SK71 Pro".
- Once the Bluetooth connection is successful, the backlight of the selected key will restore to its normal state.
- If the device has been previously paired, briefly press FN + Q/W/E to reconnect to the respective channel.

4.4. Hot-Swappable Switches
The Womier SK71 Pro features a hot-swappable PCB, allowing you to change switches without soldering. It supports both 3-pin and 5-pin switches.
- Use the provided 2-in-1 keycap & switch puller to carefully remove the keycap.
- Use the switch puller to gently grasp the switch and pull it straight up.
- Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent.
- Replace the keycap.

4.5. VIA Software Customization
The keyboard supports VIA software for advanced customization of key mappings, macros, and RGB lighting. Download the software from the official Womier website: www.womierkeyboard.com/pages/softwares.
- Connect your keyboard in wired mode.
- Open the VIA software. The software should automatically detect your keyboard.
- Use the intuitive interface to remap keys, create complex macros, and customize RGB lighting effects and colors.

4.6. RGB Backlighting
The SK71 Pro features an eye-catching RGB lighting system with 16 million colors, south-facing underglow, and customizable effects. 5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning Your Keyboard
- Turn off the keyboard before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of water or isopropyl alcohol to wipe down the keycaps and case.
- For deeper cleaning, remove keycaps using the provided puller and use compressed air to clear debris from between switches.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2. Switch and Keycap Replacement
Refer to section 4.4 for detailed instructions on how to safely replace switches and keycaps using the provided tools.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Low Battery Warning
When the keyboard's battery is low, the ESC key's red light will blink slowly. Connect the keyboard via USB Type-C cable to charge it. During charging, the ESC key's red light will be steady on.
6.2. Connection Issues
- Keyboard not connecting in Bluetooth/2.4GHz mode: Ensure the mode switch is in the "ON" position. Re-initiate pairing mode (long press FN+Q/W/E for Bluetooth, FN+R for 2.4GHz) and ensure your device is discoverable or the 2.4GHz receiver is properly inserted.
- Wired connection not working: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer. Press FN+T to ensure the keyboard is in wired mode.
6.3. Keyboard Not Responding / Factory Reset
If the keyboard becomes unresponsive or you wish to revert all settings to default, perform a factory reset by holding down FN + Esc for 3 seconds.
