5.4. Important Safety Notes
- This product does not support Xiaomi 120W fast charging.
- 140W PD3.1 fast charging is only supported by devices with the PD3.1 fast charging protocol and requires a charging cable that also supports 140W PD3.1 fast charging.
- When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the maximum combined output power is 110W. Please do not overload the charger beyond this limit.
- The charger may become warm during operation, especially when charging multiple devices simultaneously or at high power. This is normal. If it becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/unusual odors, disconnect it immediately and contact support.
- The pictures in this manual are for reference only; the actual product design may vary slightly.
6. Maintenance and Care
- Keep the charger away from water, fire, and high temperatures.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the charger yourself.
- Clean the charger with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging:
- Ensure the charger is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
- Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the charger and your device.
- Try a different charging cable or port.
- Verify that your device is compatible with the charger's output specifications.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure your device and cable support fast charging protocols (e.g., PD3.1, QC3.0) to achieve optimal speeds.
- When multiple devices are connected, the power is distributed, which may result in slower charging for individual devices compared to single-port charging.
- Some devices may limit charging speed if they are too hot or too cold.
- Charger feels warm:
- It is normal for the charger to become warm during high-power or multi-device charging. If it becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/unusual odors, disconnect it immediately and contact support.
