4. Assembly and Setup

4.1. Building the Model

4.2. Battery Installation

  1. Vehicle Battery: The Telehandler is powered by a JV1031/2.4GHz Lipo Battery Box. Ensure it is correctly installed within the model as per the assembly instructions. Charge the Lipo Battery Box fully before first use.
  2. Remote Control Batteries: Insert 4x 1.5V AA batteries into the remote control unit. Ensure correct polarity.

4.3. Remote Control Pairing

Once the vehicle is fully assembled and batteries are installed in both the vehicle and remote control, turn on both units. They should automatically pair. If not, refer to the specific pairing instructions in your graphical manual.

5. Operating Instructions

The Cada C61051W Telehandler features a fully functional remote control unit, allowing for precise movements and operation of its various parts.

5.1. Remote Control Functions

The remote control unit allows for the following actions:

  • Driving: Control forward and backward movement using the designated joystick/buttons.
  • Steering: The model features a 4-wheel steering system for maximum maneuverability. Use the steering control to direct the vehicle.
  • Boom Lift: Raise and lower the main boom arm. The boom can lift up to a 70° angle.
  • Boom Extension: Extend and retract the boom arm by approximately 9.5cm.
  • Bucket Control: Adjust the angle of the loading bucket, allowing for a 120° angle movement for scooping and dumping.
  • Lights: Activate the front and rear LED lights for enhanced realism and visibility.

    • Ensure the Lipo Battery Box is sufficiently charged.
  • Lights Not Working:
    • Verify that the LED lights and extension cords are securely connected to the power source/receiver.

  • Vehicle Not Driving Straight or Steering Issues:
    • Ensure the Servo Pro Motor is correctly installed and connected.
