2. Safety Information
- Use only the original power supply. Using a different brand's power supply may damage or burn the equipment.
- The DVR is compatible only with cars that have a 12V power supply. A 24V power supply will burn the motherboard. If a 24V power supply is required, a 24V to 12V converter (BL) must be used.
- Do not touch the camera lens with your fingers. Finger oil can leave unclear video or still images. Clean the lens regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid using chemical detergents, gasoline, alcohol, or anti-static sprays.

5. Setup and Installation
It is highly recommended to have a professional auto mechanic complete the installation. Please scan the QR code in the manual to watch the installation video.

5.1. DVR Mirror Installation
- Since the machine moves during transportation, it is attached with a protective film. Please remove it before use.
- Install the unit near the rearview mirror to maximize the wide-angle landscape recording.
- Ensure the lens is within the wiper's range for clear recording in rain.
- Use the provided bandages to secure the DVR mirror over your existing rearview mirror.
- Connect the power charger to the power input port on the DVR mirror.
5.2. Rear Camera Installation
If you have a rearview camera, connect its red cable wire to your car's reverse lamp's positive pole (+). Then, plug the car charger into the cigar lighter to power the car DVR. When you shift your car into Reverse Gear, the car DVR will automatically switch to the rear camera view with parking lines.

5.3. GPS Module Connection
If you have the optional GPS module, connect it to the designated GPS port on the DVR mirror. Once connected and a GPS signal is acquired, the GPS icon on the screen will turn green, and driving speed and compass information will be displayed.
5.4. Buck Line Installation (for 24H Parking Monitor)
If you intend to use the 24-hour parking monitoring or motion detection functions, you will need to install a buck line (hardwire kit) to connect the DVR to your car battery. This ensures continuous power even when the car is off.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Power On/Off and Display Control
- Start Up: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn on the video recorder. It will start working automatically.
- Shut Down: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to automatically save the video file and user settings, then the video recorder will shut down.
- Turn On/Off Display: Briefly press the Power Button when the device is powered on to turn the display black. Press again to turn it back on. Recording continues even when the screen is off.
6.2. Main Interface Touch Buttons and Menu Functions

- Locking (EMR Emergency): In video mode, click the add-lock sign to add the current video as a locked file (20 seconds before and after the current time). Click the unlock icon to release the file.
- Audio Switch: Click to toggle the recording function on or off. The setting is automatically saved.
- Video Recording: The icon changes between a solid circle (recording) and an outline circle (not recording). Click to change the video status.
- Take Photo: Click the camera icon to take a photo while recording.
- Playback Interface: Click the Playback icon to enter the playback interface and view video/photo files.
- Settings Interface: Click the Settings icon to enter the settings menu.
- Recording Icon: A flashing icon indicates normal recording.
6.3. Main Interface Screen Operation
- Slide Up and Down: Dragging your finger up or down on the screen changes the display position of the current camera video. This operation is saved.
- Sliding Left and Right: Swiping left or right changes the video display source (front view, rear view, split screen). Swiping left or right on the brightness part adjusts screen brightness. This operation is saved.
6.4. Settings Menu Options
- Recording Time (Loop Record): Default is 1 minute, adjustable in settings.
- Resolution: Defaults to 4K/2.5K/1080P/720P, adjustable.
- Time: Set the current RTC time.
- Brightness Adjustment: Adjust by sliding up/down or left/right on the screen.
- License Plate: Set your license plate number.
- WIFI Icon: White when enabled, green when connected to the mobile app.
- WiFi APK Download: Scan the QR code in the WiFi settings to download the app.
- GPS Icon: White when plugged in, green when signal received.
- GPS Speed: Displays speed when GPS signal received (km/h or mph).
- G-Sensor: Options: OFF/LOW/MIDDLE/HIGH. Automatically detects sudden impacts and locks footage.
- Parking Monitor: Options: OFF/LOW/MIDDLE/HIGH. Automatically records on vibration when car is parked. Requires buck line.
- Time Lapse Recording: Options: Off, 5 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours. Increases recording time and saves memory. Requires buck line.
- Time Interval (for Time Lapse): 0.5, 1, or 5 seconds per frame.
- Stream Media: OFF/ON. Controls whether the rear camera is displayed full screen (ON) or front camera (OFF) by default.
- Language: Select your preferred OSD language.
- Time Zone Selection: Set your local time zone.
- Screen Sleep: Options: Off, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 3 minutes. Screen turns off after inactivity.
- Format SD: Formats the TF card. Always format before first use.
- Factory Reset: Restores all settings to default.
7. Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:
- Dash Cam Not Turning On:
a. Plug in the car charger and press the On-Off key for about 3 seconds.
b. Charge for 5 minutes, then manually restore factory settings.
c. Press the Reset button with a pin. - Dash Cam Turns On/Off Automatically:
a. The dash cam needs to be plugged into the car charger for continuous use. The built-in battery is small and primarily for parking monitor mode.
b. Ensure you are using a Class 10 or above Micro SD Card and format it before use. - Product Cannot Read SD Card:
Use a genuine Class 10 or above Micro SD Card. Format the card on a computer before use, then insert it correctly (slight rebound resistance indicates correct insertion). - Video Function Not Working Normally:
Format the Micro SD card in the dash cam before use. Supports 16GB/32GB/64GB/128GB Class 10 or above cards. - Product Not Working Normally After Extended Use:
a. High G-sensor sensitivity can lead to too many locked files, filling the SD card and preventing loop recording. Manually delete locked files.
b. Adjust G-sensor sensitivity to Medium or Low if road bumps cause frequent locking.
c. Use motion detection only when not driving. - Rear Camera Not Working:
a. Check if the rear camera is connected properly.
b. Ensure the rear camera's wiring is securely connected and there are no loose contacts. - Rear Camera Image Upside Down:
The rear camera is installed in the wrong direction. Adjust its physical installation. - Screen Turns Black After About One Minute:
The Screen Dormant function is enabled in settings. Turn it off. - Cannot Set Date and Time Correctly:
Ensure the product has sufficient power. Go to system settings, find the date and time option, and set it. Manually turn off the dash cam after setting to save. - Product Heats Up Automatically:
This can occur after long periods of use or if the car's internal temperature is too high. - Wrong Date/Time on Recordings:
Set the date and time via the settings menu. Manually turn off the dash cam after setting to save the changes. - Recorded Image Not Clear:
a. Remove any protective films from the front and rear camera lenses.
b. Check if the windshield is clean. - Button Sound Noisy:
