Maintenance and Care

Keycaps

The keycaps are made from PBT/ABS material, offering a comfortable touch and a delicate, lubricated surface. They are designed to be durable and resistant to deformation, with vivid and long-lasting colors. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the keycap finish.

General Cleaning

Regularly clean your keyboard to maintain its performance and appearance. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys. For stubborn dirt, you may carefully remove keycaps using the provided key puller and clean the switches and plate underneath.

Troubleshooting

Connectivity Issues

  • Wired Connection: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable if issues persist.
  • 2.4G Wireless Connection (N75 Pro): Ensure the 2.4G receiver is properly inserted into a USB port. Check if the keyboard is in 2.4G mode. If connection is lost, try re-pairing by following the instructions in the full manual (if available).
  • Bluetooth Connection (N75 Pro): Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Remove any previous pairings and attempt to re-pair. Ensure the keyboard battery has sufficient charge.

Keys Not Responding

  • Check if the keyboard is properly connected in its chosen mode.
  • If individual keys are not responding, the hot-swappable switch might be loose or faulty. Carefully remove the keycap with the key puller and reseat the switch. If the issue persists, replace the switch with one of the spares provided.
  • Ensure no debris is lodged under the keycap or switch.

Backlight Issues

  • If backlighting is not working, ensure the keyboard is powered on and connected.
  • Check the keyboard's function keys for backlight control (e.g., brightness adjustment, mode switching).
