7. Operating Modes
The Kamoer UIP E V2 offers three main operating modes: Continuous, Ration (Quantitative), and Remote. These modes can be selected via the touch screen interface.

Figure 5: Touch Display Interface for Mode Selection and Remote Control
7.1 Continuous Mode
This mode is used for non-fixed amount liquid transfer. The pump runs continuously until manually stopped by the user via the touch screen or a connected foot switch.
- From the main screen, click "Mode" to enter the mode selection interface.
- Select "Continuity" to enter the continuous mode working interface.
- Set your desired flow rate by directly entering the value or using the plus (+) and minus (-) signs for fine-tuning. You can also set the variable speed of the plus and minus signs yourself.
- Click "Start" to begin continuous pumping. Click "Stop" to halt the operation.
7.2 Ration (Quantitative) Mode
Ideal for filling applications where a specific dosage is required. The pump runs for a set volume and then stops automatically. It supports both semi-automatic and full-automatic cycling.
- From the main screen, click "Mode" to enter the mode selection interface.
- Select "Ration" to enter the dispensing mode working interface.
- Click "Edit" to configure the parameters:
- Volume (ml): Set the desired liquid volume per run.
- Flow Rate (ml/min): Set the pumping speed.
- Pause Time (s): Set the pause duration between cycles (for full-automatic mode).
- Count: Set the number of cycles (for full-automatic mode).
- Cycle Mode: Choose "Auto" for full-automatic or "Semi-Auto" for manual start after each dose.
- Click "Start" to begin the ration operation. In full-automatic mode, the pump will run for the set number of cycles, pausing for the specified time between each dose. In semi-automatic mode, you must click "Start" for each dose.
- Note: Before starting, ensure the pump tube is filled with liquid and free of air to maintain accuracy.
7.3 Remote Mode
This mode allows external control of the pump, suitable for integration into larger systems. It supports WiFi/Bluetooth, RS485, CAN, and various analog control methods.
- From the main screen, click "Mode" to enter the mode selection interface.
- Select "Remote" to enter the remote control interface.
- Choose your desired remote control method (e.g., WiFi or Bluetooth, RS485, CAN, or an analog quantity like 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA).
- Connect your external control device according to the selected method's specifications and the pump's interface definitions.
- The pump's operation will then be governed by the external control signals.
Analog Control Interface Definition:
- RS485 A: RS485 data+
- RS485 B: RS485 data-
- 0-5V/10V+: Voltage analog quantity positive
- 0-5V/10V-: Voltage analog quantity negative
- OUT PUT: 24V 5 mA digital output
- DIR: Digital directional control, supporting dry contact (NPN) signal
- Foot Switch: Foot switch, digital input, supporting dry contact (NPN) signal, active (PNP) signal
- GND: Digital ground
