6. Maintenance

  • Keep the device in a dry environment.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. This will void the warranty.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No display on TV: Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected and the TV input source is correctly selected. Check if the device is receiving adequate power (5V 2A).
  • Unstable connection/frequent disconnections: Ensure the WiFi antenna is properly attached and positioned for optimal signal. If using an older TV, ensure the power supply is sufficient; consider using an external 5V 2A power adapter instead of the TV's USB port. Reduce interference from other wireless devices.
  • Cannot find device's WiFi network: Ensure the device is powered on. Try restarting the MiraScreen G58 by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable.
  • Lagging or poor video quality: Ensure your source device (phone, tablet, laptop) is close to the MiraScreen G58 to maintain a strong WiFi signal. Check your home WiFi network for congestion if the MiraScreen is connected to it.

8. User Tips

  • For the best performance, always use a dedicated 5V 2A power adapter for the MiraScreen G58.
  • Keep your source device within a reasonable range of the MiraScreen G58 for a stable and smooth mirroring experience.
  • If you experience any issues, a simple restart of the MiraScreen G58 (by power cycling) can often resolve them.
