5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the POWER button on the front panel. The 4-digit display will light up, showing initial voltage, current, and power readings.
- Adjust Voltage and Current:
- Rotate the VOLTAGE knob to adjust the output voltage.
- Rotate the CURRENT knob to adjust the output current.
- The encoder knobs allow for precise adjustment. Press the knob to switch between digits (0-9) for fine-tuning. A buzzer provides audible feedback for adjustments (can be muted).

- Activate Output: After setting the desired voltage and current, press the OUTPUT button to enable power output to your connected load. This helps prevent unexpected damage to loads due to voltage and current changes.
- Use OCP/OVP Functions:
- Press the OCP (Overcurrent Protection) button to activate overcurrent protection. If the power supply detects an overcurrent condition, the output will stop, and "OCP" will flash on the screen.
- Press the OVP (Overvoltage Protection) button to activate overvoltage protection. If the power supply detects an overvoltage condition, the output will stop, and "OVP" will flash on the screen.
- These functions help protect both the power supply and your connected devices from damage.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power supply. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation openings on the sides and rear of the unit are clear of obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation by the temperature-controlled fan.
- Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse located in the fuse box at the rear. Replace with a fuse of the same type and rating (e.g., 5x20mm 3.15A for SPPS-G3010 model).
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the power supply in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the unit and the wall outlet.
- Verify that the wall outlet has power.
- Check and replace the fuse if necessary (refer to Maintenance section).
- No Output Power:
- Ensure the OUTPUT button is pressed and the output is enabled.
- Check if OCP or OVP is active (flashing on display). If so, resolve the overcurrent/overvoltage condition and reset the unit.
- Verify that the load is correctly connected and not short-circuited.
- Inaccurate Readings:
- Ensure proper connections to the load.
- Compare readings with a calibrated multimeter for verification. The unit provides highly accurate output with 0.01V voltage and 0.001A current precision.
