Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- 1. No power
-
- Ensure the car's engine is turned on.
- If the power supply for accessories is installed, turn the car key to ACC to provide power.
- Check if the power circuit is burnt; replace if necessary.
- If the temperature in the car is too high, lower it and try again.
- 2. No sound
-
- Check if the volume is set to minimum; adjust to a proper value.
- Verify wiring connections.
- Ensure media files are in a proper format and not damaged.
- 3. No radio reception
-
- Ensure the antenna is properly connected and mounted.
- If automatic scan fails, the broadcasting signal might be too weak. Try tuning manually.
- 4. Bluetooth not detected or unable to connect
-
- Try resetting the stereo. This can often be done by disconnecting the power for a few minutes or looking for a small reset button (often recessed and requires a pin).
- Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the stereo's Bluetooth.
- Delete the stereo from your phone's paired devices list and try pairing again.
- 5. Wiring diagram issues
-
- Ensure the casing is properly grounded. Good grounding eliminates most electronic noise. Connect the casing to the car's chassis, ensuring the connection area is clean (no rust, paint, plastic, or dust).
