Introduction
The Ulefone Armor X13 is a rugged smartphone designed for durability and performance in challenging environments. Featuring Android 13, a 6.52-inch HD+ display, a 50MP main camera, and a 24MP NightElf 2.0 night vision camera, it is built to withstand drops, water, and dust. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

Setup
1. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation
The Armor X13 supports up to two Nano-SIM cards and one microSD card for expandable storage. Use the provided SIM pick to open the card slot tray.
- Locate the card slot on the side of the device.
- Insert the SIM pick into the small hole next to the card slot and gently push until the tray ejects.
- Place your Nano-SIM cards and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the device.

2. Initial Charging and Power On
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Armor X13. Use the provided AC power charger (EU Plug) and data cable (Type-C, USB 2.0).
- Connect the Type-C end of the data cable to the phone's charging port.
- Connect the USB end of the data cable to the AC power charger.
- Plug the AC power charger into a wall outlet.
- Once sufficiently charged, press and hold the Power button (located on the right side, integrated with the fingerprint sensor) to power on the device.
3. Android 13 OS Configuration
The Armor X13 runs on Android 13, offering enhanced customization and privacy features. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.
- Customizable UI: Personalize your phone's interface with various colors, themes, and app icons.
- Enhanced Privacy: Android 13 provides more control over notification permissions and a private photo picker to keep your data secure.

Operating Instructions
1. Camera Features
The Armor X13 is equipped with a versatile camera system for various photography needs.
- 50MP Main Camera: Utilizes a Samsung S5KJN1 CMOS sensor with ƒ/1.8 aperture for high-resolution images with stunning color and detail, even in challenging lighting.
- 24MP NightElf 2.0 Night Vision Camera: Features a stronger infrared sensor and advanced algorithm for sharper and clearer images in low light, night scenes, or wildlife observation.
- 8MP Front Camera: For capturing selfies and video calls.
- Underwater Camera Mode: Allows you to take photos and videos underwater. Ensure all waterproof plugs for the charging port and audio jack are tightly sealed before submerging the device.

2. NFC Functionality
The Armor X13 is an NFC-enabled device, providing convenient and secure options for mobile payments, identification, and contactless ticketing. Ensure NFC is enabled in your phone's settings to use these features.

3. Custom Key and Fingerprint Sensor
The device features a customizable key on the left side and a power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor on the right. The Custom Key can be configured for single click, double click, or long press actions to quickly access various functions when the screen is unlocked.
- Fingerprint Sensor: Use your fingerprint for secure unlocking and authentication.
- Custom Key: Assign shortcuts to frequently used apps or functions.

1. Durability and Protection
The Ulefone Armor X13 is certified with IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H standards, making it highly resistant to water, dust, and drops. It is designed to withstand harsh environments and rough handling.
- Water Resistance: Can be submerged up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
- Dust Resistance: Fully protected against dust ingress.
- Drop Resistance: Withstands drops from up to 1.5 meters.
- Working Temperature: Operates reliably between -20℃ and 55℃ (-4℉ and 131℉).

Important Notes on Durability:
- Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent and may decrease as a result of normal wear.
- Chargers and accessories are not water-resistant.
- Do not attempt to charge a wet Armor X13. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
- Always ensure waterproof plugs for the charging port and audio jack are tightly sealed before exposing the device to water.
2. Battery Care
The Armor X13 features a massive 6320mAh Li-polymer battery designed for extended use.
- The battery is non-removable. Attempting to remove it may cause damage to the device.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, which can degrade battery life.
- The phone supports reverse charging, allowing you to charge other devices.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Slow performance:
- Close unnecessary background applications.
- Clear cache and temporary files regularly.
- Check available storage. The actual available RAM and storage are less than the listed total capacity due to the operating system and pre-installed software.
- Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi/Cellular):
- Toggle Wi-Fi or cellular data off and on.
- Restart the device.
- Ensure your SIM cards are correctly inserted and your mobile plan is active.
- Note that Dual 4G SIM and VoLTE functionality depend on local telecom operator services and may not be available in all regions or supported by all carriers.
- Camera issues:
- Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
- Camera software functions and names may vary depending on the software version.
- Actual photo and video resolution may vary depending on the shooting mode.
- Custom Key not working: The Custom Key functions only when the phone screen is unlocked.
- MicroSD card not recognized: Ensure the microSD card is Class 10 for optimal compatibility. Other types may not be fully compatible.
