5. Operation & Use
Use the product under normal driving conditions and follow the vehicle's original switch or control system to operate. The product will work when connected correctly and powered on. Do not use the product in a way that violates local traffic laws and regulations.
- Arming (Lock): Press the "lock" button on the remote control. The siren will sound once, and the system will enter the anti-theft state after 5 seconds. If triggered by vibration, it will sound for 5 seconds. If triggered again within 3 seconds, it will sound for 30 seconds with 6 tones circulated.
- Disarming (Unlock): Press the "unlock" button on the remote control. The siren will sound twice, and the unit will disarm.
- Car Search Function: Press the "mute" or "bell" button on the remote control. The siren will sound for 30 seconds. Press any button to stop. (Note: If your remote does not have "mute" or "bell" buttons, this function is not available).

Sensitivity Adjustment (7 Levels)
The system has 7 sensitivity levels, with the 7th being the highest and the 1st the lowest. The default setting is the 4th level.
- Increase Sensitivity:
- Press and hold the "lock" and "unlock" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The siren will sound 4 times, indicating the current 4th gear.
- Press the "lock" button once to increase sensitivity by one gear (e.g., to 5th gear, siren sounds 5 times). Repeat to reach desired level up to 7th gear. (Caution: 7th gear is very high and may cause false alarms).
- To confirm the setting, do not operate any button for 5 seconds, or press "lock" and "unlock" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The siren will sound 3 times to exit adjustment mode.
- Reduce Sensitivity:
- Press and hold the "lock" and "unlock" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The siren will sound 4 times, indicating the current 4th gear.
- Press the "unlock" button once to reduce sensitivity by one gear (e.g., to 3rd gear, siren sounds 3 times). Repeat to reach desired level down to 1st gear.
- To confirm the setting, do not operate any button for 5 seconds, or press "lock" and "unlock" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The siren will sound 3 times to exit adjustment mode.
Remote Control Learning Code
The system can learn up to 2 remote controls. The first remote automatically clears after a third remote is learned.
- Method 1 (Using internal switch): Press the learning code switch on the main unit inside. Press any button on the remote. The siren will sound once, indicating successful learning. Repeat for the second remote.
- Method 2 (Using power cycle): Continuously touch the power/battery for 5 times. After the siren sounds, press any button on the remote. The siren will sound 3 times, indicating successful learning.

9. User Tips
- Compatibility Check: While this is a universal 12V system, always verify compatibility with your specific vehicle model, especially regarding available space for siren placement and battery access.
- Sensitivity Setting: Start with the default (4th) sensitivity level and adjust gradually. High sensitivity (levels 6-7) might lead to false alarms in busy environments or windy conditions.
- Battery Drain: The main unit has a static current of 10mA and the remote control has 0mA. This is a very low draw, so it is unlikely to significantly drain a healthy car battery. However, for vehicles stored for extended periods, consider disconnecting the battery or using a trickle charger.
10. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: Will this alarm system drain my car battery?
- A: The main unit has a static current draw of 10mA, which is very low. It is designed not to significantly drain a healthy 12V car battery under normal use. However, if your vehicle is stored for very long periods without use, a small continuous draw could eventually affect the battery.
- Q: Is this compatible with my Toyota Yaris sedan 2009?
- A: This is a universal 12V system, meaning it is designed to work with any vehicle that operates on a 12V DC electrical system. For specific models like the Toyota Yaris sedan 2009, ensure you have access to the 12V battery for connection and a suitable location for the siren. The system does not integrate with existing central door locking mechanisms.
