Setup Instructions

The 4D Set-Up System is designed for quick and precise adjustments. Follow these steps to prepare your system for use:

2. Identify Front and Rear: Distinguish between the front and rear lower plates and setup stations. The system is designed to accommodate the specific geometry of 1/8 scale on-road cars.
3. Attach Setup Stations to Lower Plates: Securely attach each setup station to its corresponding lower plate. Ensure they are firmly seated to prevent inaccurate readings.
4. Position on Vehicle: Place the assembled setup stations onto the wheels of your 1/8 RC GT Pan Touring Onroad Car. The design allows for easy placement without needing to remove body posts, simplifying the toe-in measurement process.
5. Ensure Level Surface: Always perform measurements on a perfectly flat and level surface to guarantee accuracy.

Measuring Camber and Caster

• Once the setup stations are mounted on the wheels, observe the laser-engraved scales on the 7075 CNC body.
• Adjust your vehicle's suspension until the desired camber and caster values are achieved, reading directly from the scales.

Measuring Toe-in/out

• The toe-in/out readings are directly measured on the laser-engraved 7075 CNC body of the setup stations. This eliminates the need for bulky acrylic plates, providing more precise and convenient measurements.
• Adjust the steering linkages as necessary to achieve the desired toe settings.

Measuring Track Width
