  4. Safely eject the card reader from your computer.
  5. Insert the TF card into the 'Card entrance' slot on the projector unit.

Note: While the device supports app-based content transfer, using the memory card is generally more stable for uploading files, especially for longer videos.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the projector is set up and powered on, you can control it using the remote control or the mobile application.

5.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the remote control or the device itself to turn the projector on or off. The fan blades will begin to rotate, and the holographic display will appear.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your 3D Fan Hologram Projector, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the surface of the projector and fan blades with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the device.
  • Dust Prevention: Keep the projector in a clean, dust-free environment. Dust accumulation can affect performance and lifespan.
  • Avoid Impact: The fan blades are delicate. Avoid any physical impact or obstruction while the device is operating or powered off.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in its original packaging or a protective case in a cool, dry place.
  • Power Off: Always power off and unplug the device before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your 3D Fan Hologram Projector, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Projector does not turn on
  • No power supply
  • Loose power connection
  • Faulty power adapter
  • Ensure power adapter is plugged into a live outlet.
  • Check all power connections are secure.
  • Try a different power outlet.
No holographic image / Image flickering
  • TF card not inserted correctly
  • Corrupted or unsupported content format
  • TF card issues
  • Low power
  • Ensure the TF card is fully inserted into the slot.
  • Verify content files are in supported formats (MP4, AVI, RMVB, MKV, GIF, JPG, PNG) and not corrupted.
  • Reformat the TF card and re-upload content, or try a different TF card.
  • Ensure the power adapter is providing sufficient power.
Remote control not working
  • Dead batteries
  • Obstruction between remote and projector
  • Replace batteries in the remote control.
  • Ensure a clear line of sight between the remote and the projector's IR receiver.
Wi-Fi connection issues
  • Incorrect Wi-Fi password
  • Mobile device too far from projector
  • App not functioning correctly
  • Double-check the Wi-Fi password.
  • Move your mobile device closer to the projector.
  • Restart the app and the projector.

8. User Tips

  • Backup SD Card Content: It is highly recommended to back up the original software and any APK files from the included SD card to your computer immediately after receiving the product. This ensures you have a copy in case the card is lost or corrupted.
  • Optimize Content: For best holographic effects, use content specifically designed for 3D hologram fans. High-contrast images and videos with transparent backgrounds often yield the most striking results.
  • App vs. SD Card: While the mobile app offers convenience, for uploading larger files or ensuring maximum stability, transferring content directly to the SD card via a computer is often preferred. The app's transfer speed can be slow, especially for videos longer than 10 seconds.
  • Placement: Consider the viewing angle (160°) when positioning the projector to maximize visibility for your audience.
