Remote Not Responding

Incompatibility Issues

If your remote is not working, double-check that your original DITEC remote uses a rolling code and is one of the compatible models listed. This remote is not compatible with DITEC GOL4C (fixed code) models. The GOL4 (rolling code) typically has a different LED indicator color than the GOL4C (fixed code).

Clearing All Stored Remotes (Reset Codes)

To clear all previously programmed remote controls from your DITEC receiver, effectively resetting it:

  1. Access the receiver board in your control box.
  2. Press and hold the 'PRG' (Program) button on the receiver board for a longer duration, typically 10-15 seconds, until the indicator light on the receiver changes or turns off.
  3. Release the button. All previously programmed remotes should now be cleared. You will need to re-program any remotes you wish to use.
