5. Package Contents
Upon opening the package, please verify that all components are present and undamaged:

6. Installation
IMPORTANT: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with all national and local electrical codes.
- Power Disconnection: Before starting any installation, ensure that the main power supply to the circuit is completely disconnected at the circuit breaker panel.
- Mounting: Mount the device on a standard 35mm DIN-rail in your electrical distribution box.
- Wiring: Connect the incoming power supply (Line and Neutral) to the 'IN' terminals and the load (Line and Neutral) to the 'OUT' terminals as indicated on the device. Ensure all connections are secure and tight.
- 'N' terminal: Neutral wire
- 'L' terminal: Live wire
- Power Restoration: Once wiring is complete and verified, restore power to the circuit. The device's display should light up.
7. Setup
7.1 App Download
Download the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
7.2 Device Pairing (WiFi Connection)
Follow these steps to connect your device to the mobile app:
- Power On: Ensure the protector is powered on.
- Activate Pairing Mode: Long press the "WiFi" button on the device for 10 seconds until the WiFi signal indicator flashes rapidly.
- Open App: Launch the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app on your mobile phone.
- Add Device: The app should automatically detect the new device (Breaker). Tap "Add" or "Add Device". If not detected, manually add it by selecting "Breaker" under the "Electrical" category.
- Connect to WiFi: Select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and enter the password.
- Confirmation: Once successfully added, the app will confirm "Device(s) added successfully". Tap "Done".

8. Operating Instructions
8.1 Manual Control
The device features physical buttons for local control:
- Power Button: Press to manually turn the circuit ON/OFF.
- SET Button: Used for navigating settings on the LCD display.
- Up/Down Arrows: Used to adjust values or navigate options on the LCD display.
- WiFi Button: Long press to enter WiFi pairing mode.
8.2 Remote Control via App

Once paired, you can control the device from anywhere using the Tuya Smart/Smart Life app:
- Turn ON/OFF: Toggle the main switch in the app to control power to the connected load.
- Monitor Statistics: View real-time current, voltage, power, and energy consumption.

8.3 Voice Control

The app provides detailed electricity statistics. You can also enable a prepaid metering mode:
- Navigate to the "Expense" section in the app.
- Toggle "Switch prepayment" to ON.
- Set the "Balance energy" (e.g., 100 kWh).
- To add more energy, tap "charge energy" and input the desired kWh.
- The device will automatically cut off power if the energy balance reaches zero.
8.6 Protection Settings

Adjust protection thresholds via the app's "Setting" menu:
- Overcurrent Alarm: Set the maximum current (1-63A).
- Overvoltage Alarm: Set the maximum voltage (230-300V).
- Undervoltage Alarm: Set the minimum voltage (90-210V).
- Leakage Current Set: Set the maximum leakage current (10-100mA).
- You can also enable/disable "mute setting" and "trip setting" for alarms.
8.7 Device Sharing

To share control of the device with others, navigate to the device settings in the app and select the "Share Device" option. You can invite other Tuya Smart/Smart Life users to control the protector.
9. Maintenance
- Regularly check the device for any visible damage or loose connections.
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and moisture.
- Ensure the surrounding area is well-ventilated to prevent overheating.
- Periodically check for app updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
10. Troubleshooting
- Device not connecting to WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check if the WiFi signal indicator is flashing rapidly during pairing. Verify your WiFi password.
- Device not responding to app commands: Check your internet connection and the device's WiFi status. Restart the app and/or the device.
- Device trips frequently: Review the protection settings in the app. If it's a leakage trip, remember the device will not auto-reclose after 3 consecutive trips until the fault is manually addressed for safety. Investigate the cause of the leakage.
- No power to load: Check the device's ON/OFF status in the app and manually. Verify the energy balance if prepaid mode is enabled.
11. User Tips
- For optimal performance and safety, ensure your WiFi network is stable and within range of the device.
- Regularly monitor your energy consumption through the app to identify potential energy savings.
- If using the prepaid function, keep an eye on your energy balance to avoid unexpected power cuts.
- This device is designed for single-phase 2P installations. It is not recommended for two-phase installations.
