1. Introduction

The Purerobo W-S9S is an intelligent window cleaning robot designed to simplify the task of cleaning glass surfaces. Equipped with smart APP and remote control capabilities, automatic water spray, and multiple cleaning modes, it ensures efficient and thorough cleaning for various types of windows and glass surfaces.

2. Safety Information

  • Always read the user manual thoroughly before operating the device.
  • Ensure the safety rope is securely fixed indoors when cleaning outdoor glass to prevent accidental falls. The safety rope has a 100kgf tensile strength.
  • The robot requires continuous power during operation. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and tightened.
  • In case of power failure, the built-in Lithium-ion battery provides up to 40 minutes of static adsorption. Remove the robot promptly after power is off.
  • Keep the device away from children and pets during operation.

4. Setup

4.1. Installing and Replacing Mop Cloths

Stick the mop cloth onto the machine's cleaning pads. Ensure it is securely attached for effective cleaning.

4.2. Adding Water to the Tank

Open the water tank plug and use the provided spray bottle to add water. The robot features a double water tank design with a total capacity of 50ml.

4.3. Securing the Safety Rope

When cleaning outdoor glass, always fix the safety rope indoors to prevent the machine from falling off by accident. The safety rope has a tensile strength of 100kgf.

4.4. Power Connection

Plug in the power supply and tighten the power connector to ensure a secure connection. The robot comes with a 6.7m super long power cord and an anti-dropping special joint.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Starting the Robot

Place the machine on the glass surface. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the machine.

5.2. Remote Control Operation

The Purerobo W-S9S can be easily controlled using the provided remote control, offering a 15-meter effective operating distance.

  • Directional Control: Click the remote control directional keys (up, down, left, right) to operate the machine manually.
  • Cleaning Modes: Select cleaning modes (Z, N, or Z/N) using the dedicated buttons. The machine will go to the top of the window and then start the selected cleaning mode.
  • Automatic Water Spray: The machine will automatically spray water when switched on. To cancel this function, click the water spray mode switching button.
  • Manual Water Spray: Click the manual spray button to spray water. Each click will result in a spray of water.

5.3. Smart APP Control (Tuya Smart & Smart Life)

The Purerobo W-S9S supports Tuya Smart and Smart Life APP control via Bluetooth, allowing for easier and quicker control from your mobile phone.

  • Connection: Open the Tuya app, click the "+" icon to connect the machine.
  • Directional Control: Click the direction buttons on the app to operate the machine manually.
  • Cleaning Modes: Use the mode switch button in the app to choose between N-cleaning mode, Z-cleaning mode, or Z/N cleaning mode. The machine will go to the top and then start the selected mode.
  • Manual Water Spray: Click the water drop icon in the app to spray water. Each click will result in a spray.
  • Unbinding: To unbind the machine from the app, click the button in the upper right corner to enter the unbinding page and confirm.

5.4. Intelligent Cleaning Paths

The Purerobo W-S9S can plan its own cleaning path automatically, offering three modes for full coverage and higher efficiency:

  • N-shaped Mode: Suitable for horizontal windows, cleaning from left to right.
  • Z-shaped Mode: Suitable for vertical windows, cleaning from top to bottom.
  • Automatic Mode: First performs a Z-shaped pattern, then an N-shaped pattern for double cleaning.

5.5. Artificial Intelligence Memory Function

After completing a cleaning cycle, the Purerobo W-S9S will automatically return to its original starting spot.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning Mop Cloths

Regularly remove and clean the microfiber mop cloths. They are designed for effective dust removal and water absorption.

6.2. Cleaning the Machine Belt and Track

To maintain optimal performance, clean the machine belt and track. Press the rolling key on the remote control once to activate the belt movement, then clean the track with a wet towel. Press the rolling key again to turn off this function.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Power Failure Protection

In the event of a power cord disconnection or power outage during operation, the Purerobo W-S9S's built-in UPS Lithium-ion battery will activate, allowing the machine to remain statically adsorbed on the glass for up to 40 minutes. During this time, you can use the remote control or APP in manual mode (up/down/left/right) to guide the machine to a reachable position for safe removal.
