Important Note:
Each unit is tested with coffee beans during the production process, so a small amount of coffee powder residue at the burrs or exit is normal. This does not indicate a used product; every unit sold is 100% brand new.
6. Troubleshooting
-
Grinder Not Turning On:
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the bean hopper is correctly installed and locked into place, as a safety mechanism prevents operation if it's not.
-
Error Code 'E 1':
If the display shows 'E 1', this typically indicates an issue with the motor or burr assembly. Unplug the unit, remove the bean hopper and burrs, clean thoroughly, and reassemble. If the error persists, contact customer support.
-
Inconsistent Grind:
Ensure the burrs are clean and free from obstructions. Check that the grind setting dial is securely in position. Over time, burrs may wear down; consider replacing them if grind consistency significantly degrades.
