The Mibro A2 is 2ATM waterproof. This rating is based on Mibro lab tests. The actual effect may vary depending on specific product, user habits, and environment (such as temperature, humidity, and pressure). 2. Cleaning and Care

  • Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning, then dry thoroughly.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish and sensors.
  • Keep the charging contacts clean and dry to ensure proper charging.

3. Strap Replacement

The Mibro A2 comes with dual straps (silicone and woven) and features a detachable band design, allowing for easy replacement. To replace the strap, locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the strap and slide them to detach. Align the new strap and re-insert the pins until they click into place.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charging base for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cannot pair with phone: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the Mibro Fit app is open. Try restarting both the watch and your phone.
  • Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Keep the sensor area clean. Remember that health data is for general wellness and not medical diagnosis.
  • Short battery life: Check your usage patterns. Frequent Bluetooth calls, high screen brightness, and continuous health monitoring can reduce battery life. Refer to the 'Battery Life' section in specifications for expected durations.
  • Notifications not appearing: Check app permissions for Mibro Fit on your phone to ensure it has access to notifications. Also, verify that 'Do Not Disturb' mode is not active on the watch.

User Tips

  • GPS Functionality: While the Mibro A2 does not have built-in GPS, it can utilize your smartphone's GPS to record exercise trajectories. Ensure your phone is with you and connected during outdoor activities for accurate route tracking.
  • Call Rejection SMS: The ability to send an SMS to reject a call is dependent on your smartphone's operating system. This feature is supported on Android 6.0 and above.
  • Health Data Disclaimer: Always remember that the health monitoring features (heart rate, SpO2, sleep) are for general fitness and wellness tracking only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for any health concerns.
  • Dynamic Dials: Explore the Mibro Fit app's dial market frequently for new and exciting dynamic watch faces to personalize your smartwatch experience.
