4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Navigation
Use the directional pad (Up, Down, Left, Right) and the "OK" button for standard menu navigation.

4.2 Air Mouse & Gyroscope Function
The remote is equipped with a 3-Gyro + 3-Gsensor for motion sensing. Hold the air mouse and rotate your wrist to move the cursor across the screen. This allows for convenient operation in both horizontal and vertical modes.
- To control the speed of the mouse, press "OK" and "volume +/-" buttons shortly.

4.3 Voice Search Function
The remote features a voice search function. Press and hold the dedicated voice key (microphone icon) and speak your command or query. The TV Box will search for what you want. For Android TV Boxes, ensure "Google Assistant" is installed for optimal voice functionality.
- Examples: "Open Netflix", "Open YouTube", "Today's weather", "Open Google Play Store", "Open Settings".

4.4 IR Learning Function
This feature allows your BOXPUT remote to learn infrared (IR) commands from another remote control, typically your TV remote. This is useful for controlling basic TV functions like power.
For G10S:
- Only the "Power" button can be programmed for IR learning.
- To Learn:
- Press and hold the "Power" button on the G10S remote until the LED indicator's flashing frequency changes from fast to slow. This indicates the remote is in IR learning mode.
- Align the IR emitters of the G10S remote and your TV remote directly opposite each other (typically 1-3 cm apart).
- Press the "Power" button on your TV remote. When the code is successfully received, the LED indicator on the G10S will turn on, then flash.
- The LED will turn off, signifying successful learning. The remote will automatically store the learned code and exit learning mode.
- To Reset IR: Press "OK" + "DEL" simultaneously to clear the learned infrared code value.
For BPR1S, BPR1S Plus, BPR2S, BPR2S Plus, BPR3S, BPR3S Plus:
- These models support full button IR learning.
- To Learn:
- Press the button on the BOXPUT remote that you wish to program for 8 seconds until it starts flashing, then release it. The indicator light will remain on after flashing.
- Align the IR emitters of the BOXPUT remote and the original remote.
- Press the button on the original remote that you want to learn. The BOXPUT remote's indicator light will flash to confirm successful learning.
- Repeat steps 1-2 for any other buttons you wish to program.
- To Reset IR: Press "Delete" and "Back" simultaneously until the light flashes to reset all learned IR functions.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the remote control. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the remote's performance degrades or it stops responding. Always use new AAA batteries and ensure correct polarity.
- Storage: Store the remote in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid Drops: Protect the remote from drops and impacts to prevent damage to internal components.
6. Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding:
- Check battery levels and replace if necessary.
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into the device (for 2.4G models).
- For Bluetooth models, re-attempt pairing (press "OK" and "Back" simultaneously until light flashes, then search on device).
- Voice function not working:
- Ensure "Google Assistant" is installed on your Android TV Box.
- Verify that the remote is properly paired and connected.
- Note that BLE voice function may not be compatible with all AOSP Android functions or all devices (e.g., some TCL Smart TVs, Shield TV Boxes, HAKO mini, Google TV may have volume button incompatibilities).
- IR Learning not working:
- Ensure the IR emitters of both remotes are closely aligned during the learning process.
- Repeat the learning steps carefully.
- For G10S, remember only the "Power" button supports IR learning.
- Air mouse cursor erratic or not moving:
- Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight and is not obstructed.
- Try recalibrating the gyroscope by placing the remote on a flat surface for a few seconds.
- Check battery levels.
- Incompatibility with Smart TVs: This air mouse may not work well with some Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, or TCL smart TVs. It is primarily designed for Android TV Boxes.
- Cannot turn on Android Box: For some Android boxes, you may need to program the power button using IR learning from your original box remote to enable power-on functionality.
7. User Tips
- For Android TV Box users, installing "Google Assistant" is highly recommended to fully utilize the voice search capabilities.
- If you experience cursor speed issues, remember you can adjust it by pressing "OK" + "volume +/-" shortly.
- When using IR learning, ensure a stable environment and direct alignment between the remotes for best results.
- Consider using rechargeable AAA batteries for convenience and environmental benefits.
