- Ensure the handsets are properly seated; you should hear a beep indicating correct placement.
- Important: Charge the batteries for at least 12 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery life and performance. For regular charging, leave the handset on the charging cradle when not in use (e.g., overnight).
5.2 Connecting the Base Unit

- Connect one of the power adapters to the 'POWER' port on the functional base unit and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Connect the remaining power adapters to the charging base units and plug them into wall outlets.
5.3 Setting Date and Time
When the unit is first turned on, the DATE and TIME will be blinking on the handset display. Follow the instructions in the user manual (refer to the 'Settings' section) to set the correct date and time. This is crucial for accurate Caller ID and answering machine timestamps.

6.2 Phonebook
Store frequently called numbers in the phonebook. Each entry can hold up to 12 characters for the name and 20 digits for the number. Refer to your user manual for detailed steps on adding, editing, and deleting phonebook entries.

6.3 Caller ID and Call Log
The phone displays the caller's information (if available) for incoming calls. The system stores up to 30 incoming numbers and 10 outgoing numbers in the call log. You can review these logs and redial numbers directly from them.

6.4 Answering Machine
The functional base unit includes an integrated answering machine. You can record a personalized outgoing message (OGM) or use a pre-recorded one. Messages from callers will be recorded for up to 240 minutes. Refer to the full user manual for instructions on playing messages, recording memos, and managing OGM settings.
6.5 Intercom and Conference Calls
You can use the intercom function to communicate between handsets. The system also supports three-way conference calls, allowing an external call to be joined by two internal handsets.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
To clean your phone system, first unplug the power adapters from the wall outlets. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surfaces of the handsets and base units. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosol cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the product.
7.2 Battery Care
To maintain battery health, always place the handsets on their charging cradles when not in use. This ensures the batteries remain charged and ready for use.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your phone system, please review the following common problems and solutions:
- No Dial Tone: Ensure the telephone line cable is securely connected to both the wall jack and the functional base unit. Verify that the base unit's power adapter is plugged in and receiving power.
