4. Package Contents

5. Setup Guide

  1. Insert 2G SIM Card: The tracker requires a 2G GSM SIM card (not included) with data and call functions enabled. Carefully open the SIM card slot (usually located under a cover or near the USB port) and insert the SIM card in the correct orientation.

6. Operation

  1. Real-time Tracking: Open the mobile application. The current location of your tracker will be displayed on the map. The device provides continuous updates.
  2. Track Playback: Within the app, navigate to the 'History' or 'Track Playback' section to view past routes and movements of the tracker over a specified period.
  3. Setting Up Geo-Fence: Define a safe area or virtual boundary on the map using the app. You will receive an alert if the tracker enters or exits this predefined zone.
  4. SOS Alarm: If the tracker has an SOS button (check device for physical button), pressing it will send an emergency alert to pre-configured contacts via the app.
  5. Over Speed Alarm: Set a maximum speed limit in the app. If the tracker exceeds this speed, an alert will be sent.
  6. Vibration Alarm: Configure the tracker to send an alert if it detects significant vibration or movement.
  7. Power Failure Alarm: Receive an alert if the tracker's external power supply is disconnected.

Tracker not appearing on the app:

Alarms not working:
