6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Software Update Issues (Netflix, Disney+, etc.)

If applications like Netflix, Disney+, or others require constant updates and prevent normal account login, this is typically due to the projector's software not being officially certified by Google. This means direct updates through the Google Play Store may not function as expected. This is a common characteristic among many projectors in the market that are not Google-certified.

Solution: If you encounter this issue, please contact customer service immediately. They will provide a specific solution and guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

6.2 No Image / Poor Image Quality

  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the projector is turned on.
  • Check the input source (HDMI, USB, Screen Mirroring) is correctly selected.
  • Adjust the focus ring on the lens until the image is clear.
  • Verify the projection distance is within the recommended 1-4 meters.
  • Perform keystone correction (automatic or manual) if the image is skewed.
  • Ensure the lens is clean (see Maintenance section).

6.3 No Sound

  • Check the volume level on the projector and any connected external audio devices.
  • Ensure external speakers or headphones are correctly connected via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio jack.
  • If using HDMI, check the audio settings on the source device.

6.4 Remote Control Not Responding

  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote control and the projector's IR receiver.
  • Replace the batteries in the remote control if necessary.

7. User Tips

7.1 Language Settings

The Android 11.0 system allows for language changes. To change the display language, navigate to the 'Settings' menu, then 'System' or 'Device Preferences', and look for 'Language & Input' to select your preferred language.

7.2 Watching TV Content

To watch TV content, you will need an external device such as a TV box (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV), a cable box, or a gaming console. Connect these devices to the projector using an HDMI cable and select the HDMI input source on the projector.

7.3 Optimal Viewing Experience

For the best image quality, use the projector in a dark environment. While the projector offers 200 ANSI Lumens, darker rooms will enhance contrast and color vibrancy. Experiment with the projection distance and keystone correction to achieve the perfect picture for your space.

8. Maintenance

8.1 Cleaning the Lens

Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently wipe the projector lens. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, which can damage the lens coating.

8.2 Cleaning Ventilation Vents

Periodically check and clean the ventilation vents to ensure proper airflow. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove any dust or debris that may accumulate. Proper ventilation helps maintain the projector's performance and extends its lifespan.

8.3 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Consider using the original packaging or a protective case to prevent dust accumulation and physical damage.
