Maintenance

  • Keep the speaker dry. Avoid exposure to water or excessive humidity.

  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the speaker to strong impacts.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the speaker yourself. This will void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

No power / Device won't turn on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the USB charging cable and try again.
No sound:
Check the volume level on both the speaker and the connected device. Ensure the correct playback mode is selected. If using earphones, ensure they are fully plugged in.
Bluetooth pairing issues:
Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and discoverable. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (10m). Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
Poor FM radio reception:
Fully extend the telescopic antenna. Try moving the speaker to a different location to improve signal strength.
USB/TF card not playing:
Ensure the USB disk or TF card contains compatible audio files (MP3 format). Check that the card/disk is inserted correctly and the speaker is in the correct mode.

User Tips

  • Charging Port: The speaker charges via a DC 5V port, which is typically a Micro USB connection. Ensure you use a compatible cable and power adapter for charging.
  • Direct Track Selection: For quick access to specific songs on your USB drive or TF card, use the numerical keypad to enter the track number directly.
  • Portability: The compact size and long battery life make this speaker ideal for outdoor activities like camping or simply moving it around your home.
