2. Important Safety Instructions

  • This product requires a continuous power connection to function correctly. It is not designed to operate unplugged after charging.
  • Upon first receipt, charge the robot for more than 2 hours. This initial charge helps the built-in anti-power failure system, which provides approximately 20 minutes of backup power in case of a sudden power outage.
  • Always ensure the robot is powered on when in use. The charging function is primarily for the anti-power failure system.
  • In the event of a power outage, the robot will sound an alarm. Promptly remove the machine from the glass surface.
  • Always attach the safety rope to a secure anchor point before placing the robot on a window, especially for high-rise windows.
  • Do not use the robot on cracked or damaged glass surfaces.
  • Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts during operation.
  • Ensure the cleaning cloths are properly attached before use.
  • Do not immerse the robot in water or other liquids.
  • Use only the provided adapter and accessories.

4. Setup

  2. Attach Cleaning Cloths: Securely attach the microfiber cleaning cloths to the cleaning rings on the bottom of the robot. Ensure they are flat and cover the entire cleaning surface.
  3. Fill Water Tank: Open the water-storage tank cap and use the provided water filling bottle to fill the 30ml tank with clean water or a suitable glass cleaning solution. Close the cap tightly.
  4. Connect Power: Connect the DC plug cable to the robot's power port, then connect the adapter to the power extension cable (if needed) and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the connection is secure and the plug nut is tightened.
  5. Attach Safety Rope: Fasten one end of the safety rope to the safety harness hole on the robot. Secure the other end to a sturdy object indoors, such as a heavy piece of furniture or a window frame anchor, to prevent accidental falls.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power switch on the robot for 3 seconds to activate it. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Placement: Carefully place the robot onto the glass surface. The robot will automatically adhere to the glass using its magnetic suction. Ensure it is placed at least 10cm from any edges.
  3. Start Cleaning: Use the remote control to select a cleaning mode or press the start button on the robot. The robot will begin its autonomous cleaning path.
  4. Automatic Water Spray: The robot will automatically spray water from its nozzle as it cleans. You can also manually control the water spray via the remote control if desired.
  5. Monitoring: Observe the robot's operation. The indicator lights provide status feedback.
  6. Completion: Once cleaning is complete, the robot will return to its starting position and may emit an audible alert. Carefully remove the robot from the glass by holding it firmly and pressing the release button (if applicable) or gently pulling it away.
  7. Power Off: Press and hold the power switch on the robot to turn it off.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning Cloths: After each use, remove the microfiber cleaning cloths and wash them. They are reusable. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
  • Water Tank: Empty any remaining water from the tank after use. Clean the tank periodically to prevent residue buildup.
  • Robot Body: Wipe the exterior of the robot with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Nozzles: Periodically check the water spray nozzles for blockages and clean them gently if necessary.
  • Storage: Store the robot in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
