3. Product Overview
The R15 Pro features a streamlined design with large, intuitive buttons for easy access and control, even when wearing gloves. It includes a central multi-function button, volume/navigation buttons, and an FM button. The unit is equipped with a USB Type-C port for charging and a 3.5mm jack for connecting the speaker and microphone.

4. Installation
4.1 Mounting the Intercom Unit
The R15 Pro can be mounted to your helmet using either the fixed bracket or the fixed iron sheet, depending on your helmet type and preference. Ensure the unit is securely attached to prevent movement during rides.
4.2 Microphone Selection and Installation
The R15 Pro comes with two types of microphones to suit different helmet styles:
- Boom Microphone (Hardcore Microphone): Ideal for open-face, half, or modular helmets where the microphone needs to extend closer to your mouth.
- Button Microphone: Suitable for full-face helmets where the microphone can be discreetly placed inside the helmet near the mouth area.
Choose the appropriate microphone for your helmet and connect it to the 3.5mm interface speaker. Route the cables neatly within the helmet padding to avoid discomfort or interference.

5. Initial Setup
5.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the R15 Pro using the provided USB Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the unit's Type-C port and a suitable USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 15 hours of talk or music time, with a standby time of up to 350 hours.
5.2 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the central multi-function button until you hear a voice prompt.
- Power Off: Press and hold the central multi-function button until you hear a voice prompt indicating power off.
5.3 Bluetooth Pairing
The R15 Pro utilizes Bluetooth 5.0 for stable connections.
- Pairing with a Phone: With the R15 Pro powered off, press and hold the central multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes rapidly (pairing mode). On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "WAYXIN R15 Pro" to connect.
- Universal Pairing: The R15 Pro supports universal pairing with most other brands of motorcycle intercoms. Refer to the specific pairing instructions for the other intercom unit and initiate pairing mode on both devices.
- Connecting Two Phones: The R15 Pro can connect to two mobile phones simultaneously, allowing you to manage calls from one and music/navigation from another.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Intercom Communication
The R15 Pro allows up to 8 riders to communicate simultaneously. The intercom distance can reach up to 2000 meters between the first and last person in a group.

6.2 Music and Audio
- Music Playback: Connect your phone via Bluetooth to stream music. Use the R15 Pro's buttons to control playback (play/pause, next/previous track).
- Music Sharing: The R15 Pro supports music sharing between connected units.
- High-Quality Speaker: The 40MM ultra-thin high-quality speakers provide clear audio for music and communication.

6.3 FM Radio
The R15 Pro includes a built-in FM radio. Press the 'FM' button to activate the radio. To scan for stations, press and hold the 'FM' button for 2-3 seconds. The device supports frequencies such as 76.1 MHz, 90.5 MHz, and 94.9 MHz.

6.4 Phone Calls and Voice Control
When connected to your phone, you can make and receive calls. The R15 Pro supports voice control for hands-free operation.
6.5 Intelligent Voice Prompts
The device provides intelligent voice prompts for various statuses, including:

6.6 Noise Reduction

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: The R15 Pro is IP67 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. However, avoid prolonged exposure to water and ensure the USB port cover is securely closed.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.

8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source using the USB Type-C cable.
- Cannot Pair: Make sure the R15 Pro is in pairing mode (rapidly flashing LED). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range. Try restarting both devices.
- No Audio/Low Volume: Check the volume levels on both the R15 Pro and your connected phone/device. Ensure the speaker is correctly connected.
- Intercom Not Connecting: Ensure all units are within range and in intercom pairing mode. Follow the specific pairing instructions for multi-unit intercom.
- FM Radio Not Working: Ensure the FM function is activated. If stations are not found, try scanning again by pressing and holding the FM button for 2-3 seconds.

10. User Tips
- Volume Control: The R15 Pro has its own volume control, separate from your connected phone's volume. Adjust the device's volume directly using its buttons for optimal sound. Your phone's volume controls the audio output from the phone itself, not the intercom's internal volume.
- FM Scan: To effectively scan for FM radio stations, press and hold the 'FM' button for approximately 2-3 seconds. A short press will switch between preset stations.
