Setup

  1. Power Connection:

Ensure your vehicle's engine is running to provide stable power. Connect the 12V DC car power cable into your car's accessory outlet (cigarette lighter socket).

Step 1: Start car and connect power cord

  2. Nozzle Selection:

Identify the correct nozzle for your inflatable item. The pump comes with a full set of nozzles to ensure compatibility with various valves (e.g., H3 valve for SUPs, Boston valve for air mattresses).

Step 2: Choose the right nozzle to fit the SUP

  3. Hose Connection:

Attach the selected nozzle to the inflation hose. Then, securely connect the other end of the hose to the "INFLATE" port on the pump and the nozzle to your inflatable's valve.

Operating Instructions

Inflation

  1. Set Target Pressure:

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the pump's control panel to set your desired pressure in PSI. The 1.4-inch LED digital display will show the current setting. The pump supports up to 20 PSI.

  2. Start Inflation:

Press the power button (usually marked with a power symbol or 'S' for start/stop) to begin inflation. The pump will operate in two stages:

    • First Stage (Quick Fill): A high-volume fan will rapidly inflate the item to a lower pressure (approx. 350 L/min).
    • Second Stage (Pressure Up): Once the initial pressure is reached, a compressor will engage to increase the pressure to your set target (approx. 85 L/min).

  3. Automatic Stop:

The pump will automatically stop once the preset target pressure is reached. You can also manually stop the pump at any time by pressing the power button again.

  4. Disconnect:

Once inflation is complete, disconnect the hose from the inflatable and the pump, then unplug the power cable from your car.

Deflation

To deflate your inflatable item:

  1. Connect for Deflation:

Connect the inflation hose to the "DEFLATE" port on the pump and attach the appropriate nozzle to your inflatable's valve.

  2. Start Deflation:

Press the power button to start the deflation process. The pump will actively draw air out of the inflatable, making it easier to pack away.

  3. Stop Deflation:

Once the item is sufficiently deflated, press the power button to stop the pump. Disconnect the hose and power cable.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Pump does not turn on.No power from 12V outlet; loose connection; car engine not running.Ensure car engine is running. Check 12V power cable connection. Verify car's accessory outlet is functional.
Slow inflation or pump not reaching target pressure.Incorrect nozzle; hose leak; valve not fully open; item too large for pump capacity.Ensure correct nozzle is used and securely attached. Check hose for damage or leaks. Make sure inflatable's valve is fully open.
Pump overheats and shuts off.Continuous operation for too long; blocked air vents.Allow the pump to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes. Ensure air vents are clear and unobstructed. The pump is designed to inflate up to 5 SUPs in a row without overheating, but extreme conditions may vary.
Inaccurate pressure reading.Sensor issue; extreme temperature changes. The pump has an accuracy of ±0.2 PSI. If readings seem consistently off, contact customer support.

  • For best results and to avoid over-inflation, always set the target pressure slightly below the maximum recommended PSI for your inflatable, then check manually if needed.
  • The pump is designed for efficiency; it can inflate multiple items consecutively. For example, it can inflate up to 5 SUP boards in a row without issues under normal conditions.
  • When deflating, ensure the hose is securely connected to the "DEFLATE" port for quick and thorough air removal, making packing much easier.
  • The pump includes a full set of nozzles to fit various inflatable valves. Take a moment to identify the correct nozzle for your specific inflatable before starting.
