3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the lock box.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 4 x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3.2 Placing Items Inside
- Open the lid of the lock box.
- Place the items you wish to lock away inside the box. The interior is lined with soft flannel to protect your devices from scratching.
- Ensure the items do not obstruct the lid from closing properly.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Setting the Timer
- With the lid open, press the Setting button (gear icon) on the control panel to select between Days, Hours, and Minutes.
- Use the Up (^) and Down (v) buttons to adjust the desired time for each unit.
- The maximum locking time is 365 days.
4.2 Activating the Lock
- Once the desired time is set, close the lid of the lock box.
- Press the Lock button (padlock icon) to activate the locking process.
- The device will emit 7 beeps, providing a brief audio alert before the lock engages, allowing you a moment to change your mind if needed.
- After the beeps, the box will lock, and the timer will begin counting down. The box cannot be opened until the timer reaches zero.

4.3 Child Lock Function
The lock box includes a child lock feature to prevent accidental button presses that could lead to unintended locking durations.
- To activate/deactivate the child lock, press and hold the Child Lock button (located on the inside edge of the lid) for 5 seconds.
- When activated, the child lock prevents the functional buttons from being pressed, ensuring the set time is not accidentally changed.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the lock box with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
5.2 Battery Replacement
When the battery status indicator on the LED display shows low power, replace all 4 AA batteries to ensure continuous operation. Refer to section 3.1 for battery installation steps.
6. Troubleshooting
- Box not locking: Ensure the lid is properly closed. The LED display may show an icon indicating the lid is improperly closed.
- Display not working / Box unresponsive: Check the battery status indicator on the LED display. If low, replace the AA batteries.
- Emergency Power Supply: If the batteries run out of power while the box is locked, and the locking time is over, the container can still be unlocked by connecting an external USB-C power supply. Connect a standard USB-C cable to the port on the side of the box and to a power source.
