2. Setup and Usage Instructions
2.1. Battery Installation
The remote control requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
- Slide the cover downwards in the direction of the arrow to open it.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals match the markings inside the compartment).
- Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

2.2. Basic Operation
Once batteries are installed, the remote is ready for use. Point the remote control towards your air conditioner unit and press the desired function button. The remote operates using IR (Infrared) wireless communication with a range of more than 8 meters.
Common functions include:
- ON/OFF: Power button to turn the unit on or off.
- MODE: Cycles through operating modes (Auto, Cool, Dry, Heat, Fan).
- TEMP ▲/▼: Adjusts the temperature setting.
- FAN SPEED: Controls the fan speed.
