5.1 Mortise Selection
The Juheenda A2 Smart Lock supports various mortise sizes. It is crucial to select the mortise that matches your door's specifications. Please measure your old mortise lock (specifically the 3 key data points) to select the corresponding size.

6. Operation
The Juheenda A2 Smart Lock offers five convenient ways to unlock your door.

6.1 TTLock APP Unlock
The TTLock app connects to the lock via Bluetooth, allowing for comprehensive management and remote access.
- Bluetooth Connection: The lock connects directly to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
- Remote Password/eKey: Generate and send temporary or permanent passwords/eKeys remotely to grant access to others.
- Lock Management: Use the app to add or delete users, set passwords, manage IC cards and fingerprints, and view unlock records.



6.2 Password Unlock
Use the integrated keypad to enter a digital password.
- Generate a password through the TTLock app (Permanent, Timed, One-time, Custom, Recurring).
- Enter the generated password on the lock's keypad.
- The lock will unlock upon correct entry.
6.3 RFID Card Unlock
For quick and easy access, use the provided RFID cards.
- Register your RFID card through the TTLock app.
- Present the registered RFID card to the card reader area on the lock.
- The lock will unlock automatically.
6.4 Fingerprint Unlock
The FPC Semiconductor Fingerprint Reader provides secure and fast biometric access.
- Add your fingerprint through the TTLock app. Follow the on-screen prompts to place and remove your finger on the sensor multiple times for accurate registration.
- To unlock, place your registered finger on the fingerprint reader.
- The lock will recognize your fingerprint and unlock.

6.5 Mechanical Key Unlock
In case of emergencies or battery depletion, mechanical keys provide a reliable backup.
- Locate the mechanical keyhole on the lock panel.
- Insert the mechanical key and turn to unlock the door.

7. Power Management
The lock is powered by 4x AAA batteries, designed for low power consumption to ensure long working time.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery case on the rear panel and insert 4x AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Low Battery Warning: The lock will provide an indication when batteries are low. Replace them promptly.
- Emergency Power: In case of complete battery depletion, connect a power bank to the Micro USB port for temporary power to unlock the door.

8. Smart Home Integration
For enhanced functionality, including remote Wi-Fi access and integration with smart home platforms like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, an optional G2 Gateway is required (sold separately).
- Gateway Connection: The G2 Gateway connects to your home Wi-Fi network and communicates with the lock via Bluetooth.
- Remote Access: With the Gateway, you can control and monitor your lock from anywhere via the TTLock app.
- Voice Control: Integrate with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for voice-activated unlocking (requires proper setup in the respective smart home apps).

- Fingerprint Sensor: Keep the fingerprint sensor clean and free of dirt or moisture for optimal performance.

- Password not working: Verify the password entered is correct. Check the password's validity period in the TTLock app (if it's a timed or one-time password).
