7.2 Replacing Brush Heads
It is recommended to replace your brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles appear frayed or worn. The blue indicator bristles on the brush head will fade in color to remind you when it's time for a replacement.

7.3 Storage
Store the toothbrush in a dry place when not in use. For travel, consider using a protective travel case (not included) to prevent damage to the brush head and handle.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Toothbrush does not turn on. | Low battery or no charge. | Charge the toothbrush for at least 4 hours. |
| Weak vibration or reduced performance. | Low battery. | Recharge the toothbrush. |
| Brush head feels loose or falls off. | Brush head not properly attached or damaged. | Ensure the brush head is pushed down firmly until it clicks. Replace the brush head if damaged. |
| Toothbrush stops before 2 minutes. | This is normal operation of the smart timer. | The toothbrush is designed to automatically shut off after 2 minutes. |
9. User Tips
- If you are new to electric toothbrushes, start with the Sensitive mode to allow your gums and teeth to adjust to the sonic vibrations.
- Do not press too hard; let the sonic technology do the work. Excessive pressure can wear down bristles faster and potentially harm gums.
- Always ensure you have compatible Fairywill replacement brush heads for optimal performance.
- For best results, brush twice a day for two minutes each time.
