Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Skydance RS series RF remote controllers. These remotes are designed for controlling various LED lighting systems, including single color, CCT (Color Temperature), RGB, RGBW, and RGB+CCT LED controllers and smart lamps. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper function and safety.
Product Features
The Skydance RS series RF 2.4G wireless remotes are designed with a modern, streamlined style and soft-touch buttons, featuring an ultra-sensitive color adjustment touch wheel. Each remote is powered by AAAx2 batteries and operates with an LED indicator light. A magnet on the back allows for convenient storage on a back holder.
Specific Model Features:
- RS1 (4 Zone Dimmer Remote): Applies to single color or dual color LED controllers.
- RS2 (4 Zone Color Temperature Remote): Applies to single color or dual color LED controllers.
- RS6 (4 Channel Dimming Remote): Applies to single color or dual color LED controllers.
- RS3 (2 Zone RGB/RGBW Remote): Applies to RGB or RGBW LED controllers, features independent dimming for R, G, B, W channels.
- RS4 (4 Zone RGB/RGBW Remote): Applies to RGB or RGBW LED controllers, features independent dimming for R, G, B, W channels.
- RS8 (8 Zone RGB/RGBW Remote): Applies to RGB or RGBW LED controllers, features independent dimming for R, G, B, W channels.
- RS9 (1 Zone RGB/RGBW Remote): Applies to RGB or RGBW LED controllers, features independent dimming for R, G, B, W channels.
- RS10 (8 Zone 8 Scene RF Remote Controller): Applies to single color, dual color, RGB, RGBW, or RGB+CCT RF LED controllers. Each remote zone can match one or more receivers.

Setup
1. Battery Installation
The remote controllers require 2x AAA batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.

2. Mounting Options
The remote can be mounted in three ways:
- Stick: Adhere the remote directly to any metal surface.
- Screws: Fix the remote's back holder to the wall with two screws.
- Adhere: Adhere the remote's back holder to the wall with paste.

3. Matching Remote Control (Two Ways)
End users can choose the suitable match/delete ways:
Method 1: Use the Controller's Match Key
- Match: Short press the match key on the controller, then immediately short press a zone key on the remote. The LED indicator on the remote will flash a few times, indicating a successful match.
- Delete: Press and hold the match key on the controller for 5 seconds to delete all matched remotes. The LED indicator will flash a few times, confirming all matched remotes are deleted.
Method 2: Use Power Restart
- Match: Switch off the power to the controller, then switch it on again. Immediately short press a zone key 3 times on the remote. The light blinks 3 times, indicating a successful match.
- Delete: Switch off the power to the controller, then switch it on again. Immediately short press a zone key 5 times on the remote. The light blinks 5 times, confirming all matched remotes are deleted.
Operation
General Operation
- When turning on the light, the indicator displays blue. When turning off the light, the indicator displays red.
- When touching the color wheel, the indicator displays the same color.
- When pressing or touching operation is invalid (if the light is off), the indicator displays red.
- To extend battery life, if no touch or press key operation occurs after a few seconds, the touch wheel will enter sleep state. You need to press any key to make the touch wheel quit sleep state.
Specific Model Operations
RS1 (4 Zone Dimmer Remote)

- Turn on/off all 4 zone lights: Use the 'All' button.
- Touch brightness wheel: Short press a multiple zone key quickly to select multiple zones, then touch the wheel to adjust brightness synchronously.
- Turn on/off 1/2/3/4 zone light: Use individual zone buttons. Long press a zone 'off' key to decrease zone brightness. Long press a zone 'on' key to increase zone brightness.
- Scene Memory (S1, S2, S3): Short press to recall a scene. Long press for 2 seconds to save the current color into S1/S2/S3. The LED indicator will display green when saved successfully.
RS2 (4 Zone Color Temperature Remote)

- Turn on/off all 4 zone lights: Use the 'All' button.
- Touch color temperature wheel: Short press a multiple zone key quickly to select multiple zones, then touch the wheel to adjust color temperature synchronously.
- Turn on/off 1/2/3/4 zone light: Use individual zone buttons. Long press a zone 'off' key to decrease zone brightness. Long press a zone 'on' key to increase zone brightness.
- Scene Memory (S1, S2, S3): Short press to recall a scene. Long press for 2 seconds to save the current color into S1/S2/S3. The LED indicator will display green when saved successfully.

- Touch color wheel: Adjust color.
- Dynamic mode: Short press S-/S+ for 10 levels of speed adjustment. Long press 2s to get the slowest/fastest speed.
- Static color adjustment: Short press 10 levels, long press 1s for continuous adjustment.
- Brightness adjustment: Short press 10 levels, long press 1s for continuous adjustment.
- RGB/RGBW color adjustment: Short press R/G/B/W buttons directly. Long press 1-6s to adjust R/G/B brightness continuously to achieve millions of colors.
- Turn on/off light: Use the power button.
- Zone selection (RS3): Short press 1/2 zone key, long press 2s to turn off zone light. Short press multiple zone key to select multiple zones, then touch wheel to adjust synchronously.
- Scene Memory (S1, S2): Short press to recall a scene. Long press for 2 seconds to save the current color into S1/S2. The LED indicator will display green when saved successfully.
RS4 (4 Zone RGB/RGBW Remote) & RS8 (8 Zone RGB/RGBW Remote)

- Touch color wheel: Adjust color.

RS10 (8 Zone 8 Scene RF Remote Controller)

- CCT (Color Temperature) Adjustment: For dual color or RGB+CCT(WW/CW) controllers, adjust color temperature using the multi-color wheel. Short press 11 levels, long press WW/CW brightness continuously.
- RGB Adjustment: For RGB, adjust color temperature by mixing R/G/B channels, 11 levels.
- RGBW Adjustment: Adjust W channel brightness, 11 levels.
- Dynamic RGB Mode: Short press to get 24 kinds of static RGB color. Multi-color wheel becomes RGB color wheel.
- Dynamic Mode Switch: Short press to switch dynamic mode built into the controller. Long press 2s for Mode+ run mode cycle, long press 2s for Mode- run the first mode.
- Dynamic RGB Mode Adjustment: For dynamic RGB mode, adjust dynamic mode speed. Short press 10 levels, long press 2s to get the fastest/slowest speed. For static RGB color, adjust saturation. Namely, change current static RGB color to mixed white slowly. Short press 11 levels, long press 1-6s for continuous 2-36 levels adjustment.
- Zone Function (1-8 keys): When 1-8 key is zone function, short press to select zone and turn on zone light. Long press 2s to turn off zone light.
- Scene Function (1-8 keys): When 1-8 key is scene function, short press to recall the scene. Long press 2s to save current light state into 1-8. The LED indicator displays green longer when save OK. 8 zone recall or save synchronously.
- Select Zone/Scene (Zone/Scene buttons): Short press to select zone 1-8 sequentially. At the same time, set 1-8 key as zone function key. The LED indicator displays blue or red when 1-8 key is zone on/off operation. Short press to recall scene 1-8 sequentially. At the same time, set 1-8 key as scene function key. The LED indicator displays green when 1-8 key is scene recall/save operation.
- Power Button: Short press to turn on/off all zones or scene light.
Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace AAA batteries when the remote's indicator light becomes dim or unresponsive. Ensure correct polarity.
- Cleaning: Wipe the remote with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the remote in a dry, indoor location.
Safety Information
- Read all instructions carefully before beginning installation.
- When installing batteries, pay attention to battery positive and negative polarity.
- A long time without the remote control, remove the battery.
- When remote distance becomes smaller and insensitive, replace the battery.
- If no response from the receiver, please re-match the remote.
- Gently handle the remote, beware of falling.
- For indoor and dry location use only.
Troubleshooting
- Remote unresponsive: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Ensure the remote is within the 30m operating range of the receiver.
- Lights not responding: Re-match the remote to the receiver using one of the methods described in the Setup section.
- Touch wheel unresponsive: If the touch wheel enters sleep state, press any key to reactivate it.
- Reduced remote distance: Replace the batteries.
