Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not connecting wirelessly (2.4G or Bluetooth):
Ensure the keyboard is powered on and fully charged. Verify that the correct connection mode (FN+R for 2.4G, FN+Q/W/E for Bluetooth) is selected and the indicator light is flashing for pairing. For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing. - Keyboard not responding in wired mode:
Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer. Try a different USB port or cable. Confirm that the keyboard is switched to wired mode (FN+T). - Charging light stays on but no operation:
This might indicate a connection issue or a low battery. Try charging the keyboard for a longer period. If the issue persists, attempt to reset the connection as described in the setup instructions for your preferred mode. - Keys not registering or ghosting:
The GD68 features full anti-ghosting. If you experience issues, ensure the keyboard firmware is up to date (check the manufacturer's website). If individual keys are problematic, consider replacing the hot-swappable switch for that key.

User Tips
- Noise Reduction: Some users note that the keyboard does not include cotton padding, which can lead to a louder typing sound. For a quieter experience, consider aftermarket keyboard modding options such as adding foam or dampening material inside the keyboard case.
- USB-C Port Location: The USB-C input for wired connection and charging is typically located on the back or side edge of the keyboard. Refer to the product images for its exact placement.
- Multi-Device Switching: Take full advantage of the keyboard's ability to connect to up to 5 devices. Use the FN + Q/W/E combinations for quick switching between Bluetooth devices and FN + R for 2.4G wireless.
