Upon unboxing your VIVO iQOO Neo8, please ensure all the following items are present:

3. Device Overview

- Front Camera: Located at the top center of the display.

4. Initial Setup
4.1. Inserting SIM Cards
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side or bottom of your phone.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano-SIM cards into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring they are correctly oriented. The iQOO Neo8 supports two SIM cards.
- Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
4.2. Powering On and Initial Configuration
- Press and hold the Power button until the VIVO logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
- You will be guided through setting up security features like the in-screen fingerprint recognition and face recognition.
- Complete the setup process to access the home screen.
4.3. Charging the Battery
Your iQOO Neo8 comes with a 120W fast charger. Use only the provided charger and cable for optimal performance and safety.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
- The charging indicator will appear on the screen.
- The 120W fast charging allows for very rapid battery replenishment.
5. Basic Operation
5.1. Touchscreen Navigation
- Tap: Touch an item once to select it.
- Touch and Hold: Touch and hold an item to open contextual menus or drag items.
- Swipe: Drag your finger across the screen to scroll or navigate between screens.
- Pinch: Use two fingers to zoom in or out on photos and web pages.
5.2. Making Calls and Sending Messages
- Open the Phone app to dial numbers or select contacts.
- Open the Messages app to compose and send text messages.
5.3. Using the Camera
The iQOO Neo8 features a powerful 50MP main rear camera and a 16MP front camera.
- Open the Camera app.
- Select your desired mode (Photo, Video, Portrait, etc.).
- Tap the shutter button to capture photos or start/stop video recording.

- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available networks.

- Enable NFC in Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > NFC.

- Set up your preferred biometric method in Settings > Security > Fingerprint or Face.

- Re-register your fingerprint or face in Settings > Security.

9. User Tips
- Google Play Store Installation: If your device is a CN ROM version, you may need to manually install Google Play Store services. Refer to online guides or contact your seller for instructions on how to install Google Play services if they are not pre-installed.
- Language Settings: The device supports multiple languages. You can change the system language in Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages.
- 144Hz Refresh Rate: To fully experience the smooth 144Hz display, ensure that the display refresh rate is set to its highest option in Display settings. Note that higher refresh rates consume more battery.
- Fast Charging: Utilize the included 120W charger for the fastest charging experience. For safety and optimal performance, avoid using third-party chargers that do not meet the device's specifications.
