3. Setup Instructions
3.1 LED Strip Connection
Connect the LED strip to the controller and power supply using the following wire order:
- Red Wire: Connect to DC24V (+)
- Green Wire: Connect to Digital Wire
- White Wire: Connect to GND wire (-)
Each 5-meter LED strip comes with male and female connectors and a power cable, allowing multiple strips to be connected in series to form a continuous line.
3.2 Power Supply Selection
Choose the appropriate power supply based on the total length of your LED strip installation:
- For 5M LED Strip: Use a 100W power supply (Max. 60W required).
- For 10M-15M LED Strip: Use a 200W power supply (Max. 120W-180W required).
- For 15M-20M LED Strip: Use a 300W power supply (Max. 120W-180W required).
For installations longer than 20 meters, it is recommended to add an extra power supply at the other end of the LED strip to prevent voltage drop and maintain consistent brightness across the entire length.
3.3 Remote Controller Pairing
To pair the remote with the controller for independent operation:
- Step 1: Disconnect the power supply from the LED strip.
- Step 2: Press and hold the "MODE+" button on the remote. While holding, reconnect the power supply. The LED strip will flash quickly 3 times, indicating successful pairing. Now, only this remote can control the controller.
3.4 Remote Controller Deletion (Unpairing)
To unpair the remote from the controller, making all remotes universal again:
- Step 1: Disconnect the power supply from the LED strip.
- Step 2: Press and hold the "Speed+" button on the remote. While holding, reconnect the power supply. The LED strip will flash slowly 3 times, indicating successful deletion.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Remote Key Functions

- ON/OFF: Turns the LED strip on or off.
- SPEED+/SPEED-: Cycles through effect modes forward/backward. Also adjusts the speed of dynamic effects.
- MODE+: Activates the "water often bright" mode and automatic loop play function.
- MENU: Used to adjust brightness and enter pixel setting menu.
- BRIGHT+/BRIGHT-: Adjusts the brightness level of the LED strip.
- MODE-: Switches between Warm, Natural, and Cold White light settings.
- Touch Color Ring (RGB): Touch the ring to select a static color. Sliding your finger around the ring adjusts the color temperature.
4.2 Adjusting Pixel Number
The controller allows adjustment of the pixel number to ensure the entire LED strip lights up correctly.
- Step 1: Power off the LED lights.
- Step 2: Press and hold the "MENU" button for 5 seconds to enter the pixel setting menu.
- Step 3: Press "MODE+" to increase the pixel number until the entire LED strip lights up. Press "MODE-" to decrease the pixel number.
- Step 4: Press the "ON/OFF" button to save the setting.
4.3 Adjusting RGB Wire Order
If the colors displayed do not match the remote's input (e.g., pressing Red shows Green or Blue), you need to adjust the wire order.
- Step 1: Power off the LED lights.
- Step 2: Press and hold the "MENU" button for 5 seconds to enter the setting menu.
- Step 3: Press "BRIGHT+" to cycle through the wire orders until the LED strip sequentially lights up RED, Green, and Blue. Use "BRIGHT-" to reset the order for convenient batch adjustment.
- Step 4: Press the "ON/OFF" button to save the setting.

5. Maintenance
5.1 LED Strip Care

- The LED strip is bendable, allowing for flexible installation.
- It can be cut at designated marks to fit specific lengths. Ensure to cut only at the marked points to avoid damaging the circuit.
- The strip features double-sided tape for easy installation on various surfaces. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
- As the strip is IP20 rated (non-waterproof), avoid exposure to moisture or wet environments.
5.2 Power Supply Care
The power supply features an aluminum shell designed for better heat dissipation, contributing to a longer lifespan. Ensure adequate ventilation around the power supply to prevent overheating.
6. Troubleshooting
- Remote Not Responding: Check if the CR2025 battery (not included) in the remote needs replacement. If the remote was previously paired, try the pairing process again (Section 3.3). If it was unpaired, ensure it's not in a 'deleted' state and re-pair if necessary.
- Inconsistent Color/Brightness on Long Strips: If you observe differences in color or brightness from the beginning to the end of a long LED strip (especially in static modes), this may be due to voltage drop. Consider adding an extra power supply at the far end of the strip or ensure all power cables from the LED strip are connected directly to the power supply.
- Incorrect Colors Displayed: If the LED strip displays colors that do not match the remote's input (e.g., pressing red shows green), the RGB wire order needs adjustment. Follow the steps in Section 4.3 to correct the wire order.
7. User Tips
- Extending Strip Length: For installations requiring more than 5 meters, utilize the male and female connectors to link multiple 5M strips. Remember to account for total power consumption and potential voltage drop.
- Remote Battery: The RGBIC RF Touch LED Controller requires a CR2025 battery, which is not included in the package. Ensure you have one ready for immediate use.
- Optimal Brightness for Long Runs: If your project exceeds 20 meters, strategically placing additional power supplies along the strip can significantly improve brightness consistency and prevent dimming at the ends.
8. Warranty and Support
