3. Setup Instructions
3.1 SD Card Installation (Optional)
If you plan to use local storage, install the memory card before powering on the device. The camera supports up to a 128GB TF card. Memory cards do not support hot-swapping; always power off the device before inserting or removing the card.

3.2 Power On
Connect the camera to the provided 12V 1A power adapter. Once powered on, the device will emit a voice message: "system starting up, wait to be configured, Wait for the connection, please configure the network according to the Instructions." If there is no prompt sound for an extended period, press and hold the camera's Reset button until you hear "Restore factory settings, please do not power off" and release it. This will restore the camera to factory settings, after which you can proceed with network configuration.
3.3 App Download and Installation
The camera uses the "iCSee" application for mobile monitoring.
- Option 1: Scan the QR code provided in Figure 3 to download the "iCSee" App.
- Option 2: Search for "iCSee" in your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download it.
3.4 Network Configuration
Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. This camera does not support 5GHz WiFi.
3.4.1 Bluetooth Network Configuration (if supported)
- Connect your phone to a WiFi network and enable Bluetooth.
- Open the iCSee app, register an account, and log in.

3.4.2 WiFi Network Configuration (if Bluetooth fails or not supported)
- Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Log in to the iCSee App, click "+" to add devices, and select "WiFi Camera."
- Set network configuration according to the camera's voice prompts and the app's step-by-step guide. When the camera emits a "Connect router successfully" prompt, the network configuration is complete.
- After successful configuration, follow the app instructions to set the camera password and name.
- The device will appear in the device list, allowing you to access the real-time preview and settings.
3.5 Physical Installation
The camera is designed for side installation and is IP65 waterproof, making it suitable for outdoor environments. Choose a suitable location with good WiFi signal coverage and a clear view of the area you wish to monitor.
