9. Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Regularly check wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear.
  • Ensure the operating environment temperature remains within -25℃ to 70℃.

10. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Check the main power supply. Verify that the Under-Voltage protection setting in the app is correctly configured for your power supply (e.g., 110V for 110V systems).
  • Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz networks are not supported. Check Wi-Fi password and signal strength.
  • Remote control not working: Ensure your smartphone has an active internet connection. Check if the device is online in the app.
  • Protection tripping unexpectedly: Review your protection settings (Current Limit, Over/Under Voltage, Power Limit, Temperature Protection) in the app. Adjust thresholds if they are too sensitive for your load.
  • Inaccurate energy readings: Ensure the device is correctly wired and calibrated (if calibration options are available in the app).

11. User Tips

  • Voltage Protection for 110V Systems: As noted in the specifications, if you are using a 110V power supply, it is crucial to adjust the 'Under-Voltage Protection' setting in the app to 110V. Failing to do so will prevent the device from powering on.
  • Wiring Orientation: Always refer to the provided wiring diagram (Figure 4) to ensure correct input and output connections. If you have specific wiring requirements or questions about input/output orientation, consult a qualified electrician.
  • App Notifications: Enable app notifications for alarm settings to receive immediate alerts in case of protection trips or unusual electrical activity.
