6. Installation
WARNING: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure all power is disconnected before proceeding.
6.1 Mounting
- Locate a suitable 35MM Din Rail within your electrical panel.
- Attach the circuit breaker to the Din Rail using its integrated securing clips. Ensure it is firmly seated.

6.2 Wiring Diagram
Follow the wiring diagram carefully. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the device or connected appliances, and poses a safety risk.

- Connect the incoming Neutral (N1) and Live (L) wires to the 'IN' terminals of the circuit breaker.
- Connect the outgoing Live (L1) and Neutral (N) wires from the 'OUT' terminals of the circuit breaker to your load (e.g., light, appliance).
- Ensure all connections are secure. When connecting the Neutral wire, press and hold the designated button as shown in the diagram.
7. Device Setup (App Pairing)
To utilize the smart features, you need to pair the circuit breaker with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app.
7.1 App Installation
- Download the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app from your smartphone's app store (Android/iOS).
- Register or log in to your account.
7.2 Device Pairing
- Ensure your circuit breaker is powered on and the indicator light is blinking rapidly (pairing mode). If not, refer to the device's physical button instructions to enter pairing mode.
- Open the Tuya Smart/Smart Life app.
- Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner to add a device.
- The app may automatically discover the device. If not, select 'Add Manually' and choose 'Electrical' > 'Socket (Wi-Fi)' or similar category for circuit breakers.
- Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name and password. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process. Once successfully added, the device will appear in your app.
8. Operation
8.1 Remote ON/OFF Control
From the main device screen in the app, tap the 'Switch' icon to toggle the circuit breaker ON or OFF.
8.2 Energy Monitoring
Navigate to the 'Electricity' tab within the device interface in the app. Here you can view real-time data for:
- Total kWh and Today's kWh
- Current Power (W)
- Voltage (V)
- Current (A)
- Temperature (β)
You can also view historical electricity consumption data by Day, Month, or Year.

8.3 Timer Functions
Access the 'Time' or 'Timing' section in the app to set up various schedules:
- Schedule: Set specific ON/OFF times for selected days of the week.
- Sunrise/Sunset: Automate ON/OFF actions relative to local sunrise or sunset times.
- Circulate: Set a recurring ON/OFF cycle within a specified time range.
- Countdown: Set a timer for the device to turn ON or OFF after a set duration (up to 24 hours).

8.4 Protection Settings (Alarm Setting)
In the app's 'Settings' or 'Alarm Setting' section, you can configure the protection thresholds:
- Temperature Protection: Set threshold range from 40β to 150β.
- High Power Alarm: Set threshold range from 1KW to 26KW.
- Over-Current Alarm: Set threshold range from 1A to 63A.
- Over-Voltage Alarm: Set threshold range from 220V to 265V.
- Under-Voltage Alarm: Set threshold range from 76V to 240V.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If using a 110V power supply, you MUST set the Under-Voltage protection to 110V in the App. Failure to make this adjustment will prevent the device from powering on.

8.5 Voice Control
Integrate your circuit breaker with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for convenient voice commands.
- Link your Tuya Smart/Smart Life account to your Alexa or Google Home app.
- Discover new devices.
- Use commands like "Alexa/Google, turn on [Device Name]" or "Alexa/Google, turn off [Device Name]".

8.6 Power Failure Memory
The device is equipped with a power failure memory function. In the event of a power outage, the circuit breaker will retain its last ON/OFF state and automatically return to that state once power is restored. This setting can typically be configured in the app under 'Relay Status' (OFF, ON, Memory).

9. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Regularly check wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear.
- Ensure the operating environment temperature remains within -25β to 70β.
10. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Check the main power supply. Verify that the Under-Voltage protection setting in the app is correctly configured for your power supply (e.g., 110V for 110V systems).
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz networks are not supported. Check Wi-Fi password and signal strength.
- Remote control not working: Ensure your smartphone has an active internet connection. Check if the device is online in the app.
- Protection tripping unexpectedly: Review your protection settings (Current Limit, Over/Under Voltage, Power Limit, Temperature Protection) in the app. Adjust thresholds if they are too sensitive for your load.
- Inaccurate energy readings: Ensure the device is correctly wired and calibrated (if calibration options are available in the app).
11. User Tips
- Voltage Protection for 110V Systems: As noted in the specifications, if you are using a 110V power supply, it is crucial to adjust the 'Under-Voltage Protection' setting in the app to 110V. Failing to do so will prevent the device from powering on.
- Wiring Orientation: Always refer to the provided wiring diagram (Figure 4) to ensure correct input and output connections. If you have specific wiring requirements or questions about input/output orientation, consult a qualified electrician.
- App Notifications: Enable app notifications for alarm settings to receive immediate alerts in case of protection trips or unusual electrical activity.
12. Warranty and Support
