1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the LPSECURITY PY600ACN series control board for sliding gate openers. This PCB circuit board is designed for 220V systems and supports NC (Normally Closed) limit switches, as well as magnetic limit switches. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure safe and efficient use.
2. Safety Information
Ensure all power is disconnected before performing any installation, wiring, or maintenance.
Installation should be performed by qualified personnel to prevent electric shock or damage to the equipment.
Verify the voltage of your gate opener system (110V or 220V) matches the control board's specifications before connecting power.
Keep children and pets away from the gate area during operation.
Do not attempt to repair the control board yourself. Contact a qualified technician for service.

5. Setup & Installation
5.1 Wiring the Control Board
Carefully connect all components to the control board as per the wiring diagram. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections for all wires.
Figure 3: Example wiring connections on the control board. Note the green terminal blocks for various inputs and outputs.
5.2 Connecting the Limit Switch
The control board supports both mechanical and magnetic limit switches. Ensure the limit switch is properly connected and functioning. The video demonstrates connecting a magnetic limit switch and verifying its operation.
Video 1: Demonstration of connecting and testing the magnetic limit switch with the control board. Observe the LED indicators for proper function.
Steps for Limit Switch Connection and Test:
Connect the limit switch wires to the designated terminals on the control board.
Ensure the light on the control board corresponding to the limit switch is ON when the switch is activated (e.g., when the magnet is near the sensor).
Test the limit switch by manually moving the magnet past the sensor. The corresponding LED on the board should toggle ON/OFF.
5.3 Remote Control Pairing
To pair a remote control with the control board:
Press the "LEARN" button on the control board (refer to Figure 1 for location). The learning LED should illuminate.
While the learning LED is on, press any button on your remote control. The LED should flash or change state to indicate successful pairing.
Test the remote control by pressing the programmed button. The gate motor should respond (e.g., start moving).
6. Operating Instructions
Open/Close/Stop: Use the paired remote control or a connected button switch to operate the gate. A single press typically cycles through Open, Stop, Close, Stop.
Emergency Stop: In case of an emergency, press the remote control button again or the stop button to immediately halt the gate's movement.
7. Maintenance
Regularly inspect all wiring connections for signs of wear or damage.
Keep the control board clean and free from dust, moisture, and insects.
Check the functionality of the limit switches and safety sensors (e.g., photocells) periodically.
Ensure the remote control batteries are in good condition.
8. Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
Gate does not respond to remote control.
Remote not paired, remote battery low/dead, or incorrect remote.
Re-pair the remote control (Section 5.3). Replace remote battery. Ensure you are using the compatible remote control.
Gate does not stop at desired position.
Limit switch not properly connected or faulty.
Check limit switch wiring and functionality (Section 5.2). Adjust limit switch position if necessary.
Gate motor does not run.
No power to the board, motor wiring issue, or safety sensor activated.
Check power supply. Verify motor wiring. Ensure photocell or other safety sensors are not obstructed or faulty.
9. User Tips
Remote Control Compatibility: This control board is designed to work exclusively with LPSECURITY remote controllers. It is NOT compatible with other brands or universal remote controls.
Manual Availability: The physical manual is not included in the package. Please request the digital manual from the seller via email after purchase.
Voltage and Limit Switch Type: Before purchasing or installing, always confirm that the control board's voltage (110V or 220V) and limit switch type (mechanical or magnetic) match your existing gate opener system.
