6. Operation
6.1. Dual AC Output Function
The Dual AC output comprises two distinct power outputs designed for different purposes. The main output can be used to connect loads with higher rated power, while the secondary output can be used to connect more important loads with less rated power, such as lamps, refrigerators, water pumps, etc.
In a power generation system using lithium batteries for storage, when the inverter is under full load or high-power load, due to the characteristics of lithium batteries, the battery voltage tends to drop too quickly. This can cause the battery voltage to become too low and disconnect the battery, even when the battery bank still retains 50% of its rated power.
With the dual output function, you can connect critical loads to the secondary output. When the battery voltage is low (typically lower than 44V, with a minimum setting of 41V), the inverter will disconnect the main load and ensure continuous output to the secondary load, thereby extending the operation time of essential appliances.

6.2. Automatic Lithium Battery Activation
The EVO series inverter features automatic activation of lithium batteries. This enables the inverter to activate the lithium battery through PV and mains power after the lithium battery enters protection mode, without requiring manual activation. This also allows for a battery-free activation function, which can reduce the cost of solar systems.
6.3. LCD Display and Modes
The inverter features an RGB LCD display for easy monitoring of its operating status. It has three main modes, which can be easily identified through the LCD display on its surface:
- **Red Light:** Indicates Battery Mode.
- **Blue Light:** Indicates Utility Mode.
- **Purple Light:** Indicates PV Mode.
The touch buttons at the bottom enable convenient operation and seamless switching between modes.
6.4. WiFi Monitoring
This inverter offers support for WiFi wireless monitoring, allowing users to conveniently monitor and check the inverter's operating status remotely via Anern's own mobile app (available for iOS & Android platforms). It ensures effortless communication with WiFi on both iOS and Android platforms.

8. User Tips
- **Battery Connection:** It is highly recommended that batteries are connected for optimal performance and stability, especially for ECO 6200W/4200W models.
- **WiFi Module (3000W 24V & 1600W 12V models):** For these specific models, it is recommended to use them without the WiFi module.
9. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: How many pieces does the product come with?
- A: The product comes with a single piece (one inverter).
- Q: What is the total number of items included?
- A: There is only one item (the inverter) in the package.
- Q: Does the inverter support returning power to the grid from the battery?
- A: The ECO 6200W 48V & 4200W 24V models are hybrid inverters that can be both off-grid and on-grid connected. However, whether it can sell electricity into the grid depends on local government policy and certification. Our solar inverters do not have VDE certification and may not be on-grid connected in some countries. The 3000W 24V & 1600W 12V models are hybrid inverters that cannot be on-grid connected.
10. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your inverter, please refer to the following general troubleshooting steps:
- **No Power:** Check all power connections, including battery, PV, and AC input. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify battery voltage is within the operating range.
- **Inverter Not Charging Batteries:** Check PV input voltage and current. Ensure solar panels are clean and properly connected. Verify AC input is present if utility charging is enabled. Check charging settings on the LCD display.
- **Overload Error:** Reduce the connected load. Ensure the total load does not exceed the inverter's rated output power. For dual AC output models, ensure critical loads are on the secondary output if battery voltage is low.
- **Fault Indicator On:** Refer to the LCD display for specific error codes or patterns. Consult the detailed manual (if available) for specific fault interpretations and solutions.
- **No WiFi Monitoring:** Ensure the WiFi module is correctly installed and configured. Check your network connection and mobile app settings.
For persistent issues, please contact customer support.
11. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your inverter:
- **Cleaning:** Keep the inverter's ventilation openings clear of dust and debris. Use a dry cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- **Connections:** Periodically check all electrical connections for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- **Environment:** Ensure the inverter is installed in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and flammable materials. The built-in anti-dust kit helps in harsh environments, but regular checks are still recommended.
- **Battery Health:** Monitor battery voltage and performance regularly. Follow battery manufacturer guidelines for maintenance.
