Taking a Measurement
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Open the INSMART Health app on your smartphone. Step onto the scale barefoot and stand still. The scale will automatically turn on and display your weight. Remain on the scale until all measurements are complete and displayed on the scale and in the app.
