Environmental Conditions
- Operating Temperature: -20°C to +40°C
- Humidity: Below 90% RH, non-condensing
Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your servo motor kit. Refer to the installation video for visual guidance.
- Install the Coding Cable: Connect the coding cable to the servo motor and the corresponding port on the servo drive. Ensure a secure connection.
- Power Line Installation: Connect the power cables to the servo motor.
- Install Power Cables to Drive: Carefully connect the power cables from the motor to the designated terminals on the servo drive. Ensure correct polarity and secure wiring.
- Install the Control Cable: Connect the control cable to the servo drive. Use a screwdriver to tighten the connections as shown in the video.
Wiring Diagram for Motor Brake
If your motor includes a brake, it must be connected to a 24V DC power supply via a relay. Refer to the diagram below for the correct wiring configuration.

Important: For 24V Pulse Signal, connect a 2K 1/4W resistor between the P+ and D+ ports. Failure to do so may damage the driver.
Operation
The servo drive can be controlled via Pulse (5V or 24V), analog voltage (0-10V), or Modbus RS485. It supports CNC and PLC controller systems.
Drive Parameter Settings
To set up the drive, follow these steps:
- Find parameter P098.
- Set P098 = 1 (for internal enable signal).
- Find parameter E-SEF. Long press the confirm key until "DONE" is displayed to save the parameter setting.
- Turn off the power to the drive, then turn it back on for the changes to take effect.
Other key parameters:
- P-000: Set as 385 or 316.
- P-002: Set according to the specific motor model (refer to the detailed manual for specific values).
- P-036: Controls the shaft rotation direction (1: reverse, 0: forward).
- P-098: Sets the enable signal source (1: internal, 0: external).
- P-029: Adjusts the electric gear ratio (a larger value results in higher speed).

Troubleshooting
This section provides guidance for common issues. For complex problems, consult the full PDF manual or contact technical support.
Torque Overload Protection
The drive features configurable torque overload protection parameters:
- P-065: Internal forward torque limitation (0-300%).
- P-066: Internal reverse torque limitation (0-300%).
- P-070: Configures alarms for forward and reverse torque overload.
If an overload alarm occurs, check the motor load and parameter settings (P-065, P-066, P-070) to ensure they are appropriate for your application.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your servo motor kit:
- Keep the motor and drive clean and free from dust and debris.
- Periodically check all cable connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the servo drive to prevent overheating.
- Avoid operating the equipment in excessively humid or corrosive environments.
- Inspect the motor shaft for any obstructions or signs of unusual wear.
User Tips
- For installations requiring longer cable runs, such as 12 meters between the motor and driver, ensure that high-quality, shielded cables are used to minimize signal degradation and interference. Consult the full manual for maximum recommended cable lengths.
- Always save parameter settings by long-pressing the E-SEF button until "DONE" appears, then power cycle the drive for changes to take effect.
