1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your feyree Portable EV Charger. It covers setup, usage, maintenance, troubleshooting, and specifications. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper function and safety.

2. Safety Information
2.1. WARNING!
- Avoid immersing the AC charging connection device in water.
- Do not step on, pull, bend, or knot the charging cable.
- Do not insert foreign objects into any part of the Charging vehicle connector.
- Refrain from dropping the control box or placing heavy objects on its surface.
- Do not install or use the charger near flammable, explosive, harsh, or combustible materials, chemicals, or vapors.
- Ensure the operating ambient temperature of the equipment remains within the range of -30 °C to +55 °C.
- Do not use the charger when you, the vehicle, or the charger is exposed to severe rain.
- Do not use the charger if it is defective, appears cracked, frayed, broken, otherwise damaged, or fails to operate.
- Do not use this product if the enclosure or the EV connector is broken, cracked, open, or shows any other indication of damage.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, repair, tamper with, or modify the charger.
- This product is exclusively designed for electric vehicle charging purposes.
- Avoid using external wires or adapters.
- This product must be well-grounded when used.
- Never insert your fingers into the charging plug.
- The EV charger is not user serviceable. Contact customer support for any repairs.
- If the device fails to charge normally as per the operation manual, please contact the seller or consider a replacement.
- Never allow children to play with the charger cable.
- To avoid the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this device with an extension cord.
- Using a worn or damaged AC outlet may cause burns or start a fire.
- Risk of explosion. This equipment has arc or sparking parts that should not be exposed to flammable vapors.
- Risk of electric shock. Do not remove the cover or attempt to open the enclosure of the charger unit. No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
2.2. CAUTION! Please Note Before Starting Charging
- It is recommended that electrical outlets for your charger should be installed by a licensed and qualified electrician. Installation must comply with local codes.
- This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to help reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Ensure the power plug and socket are compatible before initiating the charging process.
- Do not charge if the socket is damaged, rusty, cracked, or has a loose connection. In case the socket is dirty or wet, please disconnect the power supply first. Wipe the charging plug with a dry and clean cloth to ensure it is dry and free from any debris.
- Verify that the charging connector, cable, control box, and plug surface are in good condition without any scratches, rust, breaks, or damages.

Note: The device cannot adjust the current during charging. Current must be set before charging begins.

The LCD screen provides real-time charging status and settings:
- Charging State: Indicates if charging is active.
- Set Current: Displays the selected charging current (e.g., 32A).
- Real-time Temperature: Current operating temperature.
- Charging Voltage: Current voltage.
- Charging Current: Actual current being drawn.
- Real-time Power: Instantaneous power consumption.
- Power Consumption: Total energy consumed (kWh).
- Charging Time: Duration of current charging session.
- Set Delay Time: Configured delay before charging starts.
- Set Charging Time: Configured duration for charging.
- Wi-Fi State: Connection status (Connection waiting, Connect, Not connected).
4. Setup
4.1. App Installation
To utilize the smart features, download the companion app:
- Download the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" App from your smartphone's app store. The app icons are typically a green house for Smart Life and a blue 't' for Tuya Smart.
- After downloading, open the app, ensure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.
- Select "Add Device" and follow the in-app instructions to complete the device pairing.

4.2. Wi-Fi Connection Reset
If you need to reset the Wi-Fi connection:
- Long press the "T" button on the control box for 10 seconds to enter the Menu page.
- Press "A" to select "Settings", then press "D" to enter.
- Press "A" to select "Reset Wifi", then press "D" to confirm the reset.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Charging Steps
- Adjust Current: Tap button "A" to adjust the current before connecting the charger to the EV. The charging current set shouldn't be higher than the supply current to avoid safety hazards.
- Plug in the Charging Connector: Connect the charging plug to your EV. Charging will begin automatically.

5.2. Ending Charging
WARNING: Do not unplug the charger during charging.
There are several ways to stop charging:
- Plan A (Automatic Stop): The charger will automatically stop charging when the car is fully charged. You can then safely unplug it.
- Plan B (Power Switch): Turn off the power switch supplying the charger, then unplug the charger.
- Plan C (Vehicle Control): Use the stop charging button or switch in your electric vehicle to stop charging, then unplug the charger plug.
- Plan D (App Control): Click "Stop charging" in the feyree app, and then pull out the charger plug.
5.3. Smart Timing and Scheduling
The charger supports smart timing and scheduling features to optimize charging based on electricity rates:
- Delay Charging: Press the "D" button on the control box to set a delay time (0-15 hours) before charging begins. This is useful for starting charging during off-peak hours.
- Scheduled Charging via App: Use the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" app to set weekly charging plans, similar to an alarm clock, to charge during specific periods (e.g., off-peak at night).

5.4. App Remote Control
The app provides comprehensive remote control capabilities:
- Real-time monitoring of charging status.
- Remote control for delay/timed charging.
- Remote control to start/end charging.

5.5. App Use Without Wi-Fi (Bluetooth)
The app can also be used via Bluetooth if Wi-Fi is unavailable:
Connect your phone and charger by hotspot the first time. Then you can control the charger by app through Bluetooth within 10 meters (requires your SIM card to have a signal).

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and safe operation of your feyree EV charger, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Regular Cleaning: Keep the control box, cable, and connectors clean and free from dust, dirt, and moisture. Use a dry, clean cloth for wiping.
- Inspect for Damage: Periodically inspect the entire charging unit, including the cable, plugs, and control box, for any signs of wear, cracks, fraying, or other damage. Do not use the charger if any damage is found.
- Storage: When not in use, store the charger in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid Stress: Do not pull, bend, or knot the charging cable excessively. Avoid placing heavy objects on the control box.
- Professional Servicing: The charger is not user-serviceable. Any repairs or modifications should only be performed by qualified service personnel.

9. User Tips
- Current Adjustment: Remember to adjust the charging current using button 'A' *before* plugging the charger into your EV. The current cannot be changed once charging has started.
- Delay vs. Charging Time: The 'Delay Time' sets how long the charger waits before starting. The 'Charging Time' sets the duration for which the charger will operate once it begins. Factor in both when planning your charging schedule.
- App Control: For maximum flexibility, use the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app to schedule charging during off-peak hours and monitor your charging status remotely.
- Bluetooth Backup: If Wi-Fi is unavailable, you can still control the charger via Bluetooth through the app after an initial hotspot connection, provided your phone has a SIM signal.
- Wall Mounting: The charger's design suggests it can be conveniently mounted on a wall for a more permanent setup, though it is portable.
