Package Contents
The XY-C15H amplifier board typically includes the following components:
- XY-C15H Amplifier Circuit Board
- Outer casing material package (for DIY assembly)
- Screwdriver (for assembly)
- DC adapter (gift)
Setup Instructions
1. Assembly (DIY Casing)
The outer casing is provided as a material package and requires self-assembly. A screwdriver is included to assist with this process. Refer to the installation schematic for guidance.

2. Power Supply Connection
Connect a DC power supply within the range of 9-24V to the DC input port (labeled DC 5-24V). It is recommended to use a standard 12V/24V power adapter with a current output of 2A or more. The power adapter plug should be a standard 5.5-2.1/2.5 type.
3. Speaker Connection
Connect your passive speakers to the designated terminals. Ensure correct polarity (+ and -) for both left (SPKL) and right (SPKR) channels. The amplifier supports speakers with an impedance of 4Ω-16Ω and power ratings of 10W-100W.
4. Audio Input Connection
The amplifier supports both Bluetooth and AUX audio input. The default mode upon power-on is Bluetooth if no external audio device is connected to the AUX input. If an AUX cable is inserted during Bluetooth playback, the amplifier will automatically switch to AUX playback. You can also switch audio modes via the mobile APP.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off and Play/Pause
- Power On/Off: Long press the volume knob to turn the device on or off.
- Play/Pause: Short press the volume knob to play or pause audio.
2. Volume Control
Rotate the volume knob to adjust the audio output level. The high-end rotary encoder provides 360-degree stepless tuning for precise control.
3. Bluetooth Connection
- Ensure the amplifier board is powered on. The blue LED will flash quickly, indicating it is in Bluetooth connection mode.
- On your mobile phone, search for Bluetooth devices.
- Select "Xinyi" from the list of available devices to complete the connection.
- Once connected, the blue LED will enter a long light state.
- Open your mobile phone's music player to begin playback. The blue LED will flash slowly, indicating playback status.
Important Note:

Image: A diagram showing the mobile phone Bluetooth connection process. It highlights that users should connect to 'Xinyi' and explicitly warns against connecting to 'Sinilink-APP' directly from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
Do NOT connect to "Sinilink-APP" directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings. If you have already done so, unpair it and search for "Xinyi" again.
4. Mobile APP Control (Sinilink-APP)
The amplifier supports control via the Sinilink mobile APP (available for Android and iOS). The APP provides visual operation for volume, sound effects, song control, play/pause, and play mode.

To connect via the APP:
- Ensure all necessary APP permissions are enabled in your phone's settings to avoid compatibility issues.
- Turn on the location information of your phone when using the APP.
- Open the Sinilink APP.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect to the Bluetooth device. Typically, this involves clicking a small yellow dot, then connecting to the Bluetooth device, searching for "Sinilink-APP", and confirming the connection.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your XY-C15H amplifier board, follow these general maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Ensure proper ventilation, especially during extended use, to prevent overheating.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself, as this may void any potential warranty and cause damage.
Troubleshooting
No Sound or Intermittent Audio
- Check Power Supply: Ensure the power supply is within the recommended DC 9-24V range and provides at least 2A. If the amplifier restarts when volume is increased, the power supply might be insufficient; replace it with one offering a larger output current.
- Speaker Connection: Verify that speakers are correctly connected to the SPKL and SPKR terminals with proper polarity.
- Audio Input Mode: Confirm the correct audio input mode (Bluetooth or AUX) is selected. If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted and functional.
- Overheating: If you experience a "hiccup" phenomenon, check for overheating. Ensure adequate heat dissipation, and consider installing an additional heat sink if operating at 20W*2 output.
Bluetooth Connection Issues
- Device Visibility: If your phone cannot find the Bluetooth device, ensure the amplifier is in pairing mode (blue LED flashing quickly).
- Interference: Keep the amplifier away from routers or other strong Wi-Fi signals that may cause interference.
- Metal Surfaces: Avoid placing the amplifier on a metal table, as this can affect the PCB antenna signal.
- Modified Speakers: If you have modified speakers with a metal shell, ensure the amplifier's antenna is led out of the shell to prevent signal shielding.
- APP Connection: Remember to connect to "Xinyi" directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings, not "Sinilink-APP". If you mistakenly connected to "Sinilink-APP" in phone settings, unpair it and search again.
- APP Permissions: When using the Sinilink APP, ensure all necessary APP permissions, including location services, are enabled in your phone's settings.
Overcurrent Protection
- If using multiple speakers in parallel, the total impedance must be above 4 ohms. An impedance that is too small can cause the amplifier to enter overcurrent protection.

User Tips
- Power Supply Voltage: Always use a power supply between 9V and 24V DC. Using a 5V supply is insufficient and will not power the board correctly. Voltages higher than 26V will damage the circuit board.
- Speaker Impedance Matching: For 4Ω speakers, the power supply should not exceed 12V. For 8Ω speakers, the power supply should not exceed 24V. This is crucial for optimal performance and to prevent damage.
- Heat Management: When driving speakers at the full 20W+20W output, it is highly recommended to install an additional heat sink to prevent overheating and ensure stable operation.
- Bluetooth Signal Integrity: To maintain a strong Bluetooth connection, keep the amplifier away from Wi-Fi routers and avoid placing it on metal surfaces. If you enclose the board in a metal casing, ensure the antenna is extended outside the enclosure.
- APP Permissions: When using the Sinilink APP, remember to grant all requested permissions, including location access, to ensure full functionality and avoid connectivity issues.
