4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Mounting the Screen Light

  1. Carefully unpack the Screen Light from its packaging.
  2. Position the Screen Light on top of your monitor. The design is intended to hang securely over the top edge of most curved monitors.
  3. Ensure the light bar is stable and centered for optimal illumination.

4.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the magnetic suction adapter to the designated port on the Screen Light.
  2. Plug the other end of the 2-meter power adapter into a suitable power outlet (9V/9W-1A).
  3. The magnetic connection ensures a secure and convenient power supply.

4.3 Remote Control Setup

  1. The remote control comes with a built-in lithium battery. Ensure it is charged using the provided charging cable if necessary.
  2. The remote control uses 2.4G digital wireless communication and should automatically pair with the screen light upon power-up.
  3. Place the remote control within easy reach on your desk.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Remote Control Functions

The remote control panel provides intuitive access to various lighting features:

  • Power/Switch: Turn the light bar on or off.
  • Color Temperature/Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the light's color temperature (2900-6000K) and brightness levels.
  • Anti-Blue Light Switch: Activate or deactivate the anti-blue light filtering feature.
  • Automatic Dimming Switch: Enable or disable the AI Smart Dimming function.
  • Pickup Light Switch (RGB): Control the RGB LED lighting effects, including rhythmic modes and color combinations.

5.2 AI Smart Dimming

The light bar is equipped with a highly sensitive light sensor. When activated, the AI Smart Dimming feature senses the surrounding ambient light and automatically adjusts the lighting intensity to provide optimal illumination for your environment, reducing the need for manual adjustments.

5.3 RGB LED Lighting Effects (3D Polar Illusion)

The light bar features 68 bright RGB LEDs, offering a "3D polar illusion" with over 100+3D illusion combination lighting effects. You can choose from 6 rhythmic modes, 20 color combinations, and 120 dynamic light effects using the remote control's Pickup Light Switch. A 32-bit error correction and noise filtering chip ensures smooth and vibrant lighting.

5.4 Anti-Blue Light Feature

The light bar is designed with an anti-blue light screen filtering mechanism and asymmetric projection. This ensures that harmful blue light from the screen is neutralized, and the light is projected onto your desk without reflection, providing a comfortable and eye-friendly illumination experience. The Ra97 Color Rendering Index ensures true color restoration.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Wipe the light bar and remote control with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the finish or electronic components.

6.2 Storage

  • Store the light bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, ensure the remote control's battery is adequately charged or removed if possible (check remote control specific instructions).

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Light bar does not turn on. No power, loose connection, remote control battery low. Check power adapter connection. Ensure the adapter is plugged into a working outlet. Charge or replace remote control battery.
Remote control is unresponsive. Low battery, out of range, interference. Charge the remote control. Ensure it is within close proximity to the light bar. Minimize interference from other 2.4G devices.
Light intensity or color temperature cannot be adjusted. Remote control issue, AI Smart Dimming active. Check remote control functionality. If AI Smart Dimming is active, disable it to allow manual adjustments.
RGB effects are not working. Pickup light switch off, incorrect mode selected. Ensure the Pickup Light Switch on the remote is activated. Cycle through RGB modes to find desired effect.
