- Pry out the A/C air outlet panel.
- Pry out the A/C air outlet panel (second part).
- Take out the air outlet of the air conditioner and pull off its plug.
- Take out the air outlet of the air conditioner and pull off its plug (second part).
- Lever out the trim panel.
- Pull out the small lamp plug.
- Remove the four fixing screws of the control panel.
- Take out the control panel and pull out its plug.
- Remove the fixing screws of the original car screen.
- Remove the fixing screws of the original host.
- Unplug the original engine plug.
- Unplug the original screen plug.
4.2. New Unit Installation
After removing the original components, follow the reverse order and connect the new multimedia unit and its accessories. Ensure all plugs are securely connected. The unit is designed for a seamless fit into the BMW F30/F20 dashboard.
