5. Maintenance

  • Keep the device in a dry environment and away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
  • Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
  • Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Check if the power supply is correctly connected to either the DC 12-24V or AC 110-220V port (but not both). Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • No Sound:
    • Verify that speakers are correctly connected to the Treble Port.
    • Check the volume level on both the amplifier and the source device.
    • Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, USB, TF, AUX, FM) is selected.
    • If using Bluetooth, ensure the device is properly paired.
  • Intermittent, Hoarse, or Distorted Sound:
    • Before testing, turn down the master volume. After powering on, slowly increase the volume.
    • If distortion occurs as volume increases, it indicates a mismatch between the speaker and amplifier. Try using a lower volume or a different speaker that is compatible with the amplifier's impedance and power output.
  • Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Ensure the amplifier is in Bluetooth mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and searching. Move closer to the amplifier to reduce interference.

8. User Tips

  • Power Source: This amplifier board does not have an internal battery. It requires an external power supply, either DC 12-24V or AC 110-220V.
  • Radio Performance: The built-in FM radio is for casual listening and may not offer professional-grade reception or sound quality. For critical listening, consider external audio sources.
  • Volume Adjustment: Always start with the master volume turned down before powering on and slowly increase it to prevent sudden loud noises or potential damage to speakers.
  • Speaker Matching: If you experience distorted sound at higher volumes, your speaker might not be matched to the amplifier's output. Try a speaker with appropriate impedance and power handling.
