6. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and sweat. For the stainless steel strap, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying.
- Water Resistance: The watch is 3ATM (30 meters) water resistant. This means it is suitable for daily use, splashes, and rain. It is NOT suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, or diving. Do not press any buttons underwater.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, as this can affect its accuracy and lifespan.
- Chemicals: Keep the watch away from solvents, detergents, perfumes, and other chemicals, which can damage the case, strap, or seals.
- Battery Replacement: When the display becomes dim or the watch stops functioning, it may be time to replace the battery. This watch uses CR2016 and SR626SW batteries. It is recommended to have battery replacement performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
